Permanently Closed. A damn shame. A big loss for east side Ft Worth and the Texas Barbecue fraternity. Amazed they lasted 41 years in this challenging location. Best wishes to Paul the owner as he moves down the road; thanks for serving your community great barbecue all these years.

Super friendly staff, good meats, and amazing sides. The brisket was moist but could have used some more kick. Sausage was great. The sides were killer the beans were some if the best I've had anywhere. Great spot

Haven't been to Smokeys in a while. Went last night and man, it is still delicious. Ribs and brisket were great. Be sure to try the vanilla buttermilk pie. Wow!!!

I use to frequent this establishment some years ago regularly. And the quality of food along with the atmosphere was of family. My recent visit was not at all the same. The service is still cordial and expedient but the quality and quantity are unsatisfactory for the price. It's a sad day but I won't be going back and I cannot refer this place.
This place is a diamond in the rough! They are very generous with there meals!!!! I ordered a chop brisket meal it came with two sides and a drink. The amount of brisket they gave me was literally could feed two people, and it was so delicious and the price you can't beat!!!! Everyone must try no disappointments!!!!???????????

It was Taco Tuesday today and I bought brisket and pulled pork tacos for lunch. The service was as great as the food. Just be prepared to wait cause they were packed.

went last week 12 noon pulled up to drive thru all employees were in the back no customers were in store then 4 customers walk in employees wait on them serve them then take my order( $36.80) then 2 more people walk in they get waited on and served while I'm still waiting in drive thru watching !!! I watch the guy cut my order box it stack on counter then start cutting buns in half (watched him cut A full pan) finally I blow my horn to get someones attention guy comes to win
