went to this location 3 already and I'm loving it. I came for the Dude Perfect smoothie and I t is good. Fast and friendly service there, I'll be back soon for more of the Dude Perfect smoothie before they stop making it. Great fully it's by to my house.

I buy smoothies regularly and the guys in the morning are great but the girls are slow. Especially shorty with the curly hair in the headset. And she’s extremely rude. She needs to be off the window and off the head set. And probably in the back. If she didn’t want to work it wasn’t my problem I just wanted smoothies.

I come here very often. Just left and the smoothie is not blended well and is very chunky. I'm literally chewing pieces that come out of the straw.

Ordered a large smoothie. Every other time it was filled all the way. This time it wasn't (see picture). When we went back inside immediately to ask about it, they refused to rectify the situation. For the price they charge for their products, don't short change me!I will NOT go back to that location again.
I went to this location today ordered a pineapple spinach smoothie and watched as they made 6 or more smoothies for the drive thru and never made mine. The girls working today were laughing and having a good time while I waited patiently for them to start my order. That never happened so I left and I will take my business to another location . Normally this location has good service but I guess times are changing. Good luck ?

I WENT INSIDE TO TRY THE NEW WATERMELON XTREME/WATERMELON LEMONADE SMOOTHIE, IT WAS 3 GUYS WORKING THE STORE AND I ASKED TO SAMPLE EACH SMOOTHIE TO DETERMINE WHICH SMOOTHIE INWANTED TO BUY..THEY ACT LIKE I WAS SPEAKING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE...THE STORE WAS FULL OF FLYS AND GNATS BUT THEY STILL HAD THE FRUITS, ICECREAM, AND ALL OF THE OTHER INGREDIENTS OPENED AND EXPOSED TO THE FLIES... THE FLOOR WAS NASTY AND WHEN THE GUY FINISHED MAKING OUR SMOOTHIES I HAD TO ASK HIM TO FILL THE CUP UP AND BOTH CUPS WHERE NASTY FROM THE DRIPPING OF THE SMOOTHIE THAT HE DID NOT WIPE OFF AND CLEAN GOOD.. NONE OF THEM HAD ON GLOVES OR HAIR NETS.. I SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED MY FIRST MIND AND LEFT...

If you are looking to make to this location at the last minute due to whatever circumstances you can hang it up. They stop serving and taking orders 2 minutes before closing time. I went on a Sunday in which they close at 8pm, but I pulled up 7:57 or 7:58 stating that they were closed. But on the door it states that they close at 8pm on Sundays and 9pm all other days, and thereby I still had time to place my order. Companies with good customer service know that you stay open and take orders until they close. Apparently, this location and/or company believes in closing early and not putting customers first for the sake of getting off a little bit early by not washing few more extra blenders with other items. But that's what they are being paid for, and that is the nature of this business. They are in the customer service business, but I guess they have forgotten that, or they just don't care. If my family continues to use this location we will make darn sure that we are there at least 10 minutes before they close so they don't have to stay 2 or 3 minutes past their closing time.C.Jones
