Came the other day and they said they were out of everything at literally 2pm in the afternoon. Now I’m here Monday and they are closed, waste of time not going to this location anymore Jamba Juice is better anyways!

This has to be the worst smoothie king in the area. I have never had a bad experience at any other location. I went through the drive through and two cars were already in front of me. The wait took forever but I was patient thinking maybe one person is working. Well 15 minutes later when I finally get to the front I am waiting another five minutes for the employee to open the window. I could see the employee playing around with others, what looked like non employees. When I told him I was waiting for my order he still did not have it ready. I’f he had not been playing around the last 20 minutes maybe it would have been ready. Jordan the employee at that location is absolutely unprofessional. When you have friends come visit you at work you still need to take care of customers! Management is a disgrace if they allow this to continue.

By far this is the worse location. They are either closed during their stated hours or you deal with people who apparently hate their job and life. The staff they have working there is the worst. They will keep you on hold while they handle their personal calls or visits and it doesn’t matter if you are in the drive through or walk in. On top of that they will give you an attitude that you are bothering them. For ex today, I was told to hold while the girls were chatting to two guys. And then they gave me attitude for interrupting their conversation.I would avoid this place like the plague.And I would add to the employees that hate your job, well either go find another one or go get a certificate in something else if you hate customer service.

Pulled up at 7:45pm and nobody would answer the drive threw. Pulled up to the window and all I see is a bunch of kids cutting up and laughing. Looked at me several times and nobody would come to the window. The franchise need to shut this place down because the owner is aware of the lazy employees and does nothing about it.

Never have ingredients for smoothie bowls. Typically way over ice the smoothies instead of making the order correctly. I had to repeat my order several times for them to get it.

This location has some major issues. Couple weeks ago I ordered my smoothie and was told they were out of blueberries. No worries. Got a different smoothie. When I pull up to the window, I got charged for a 32 oz instead of a 20 oz. When I brought that up, the girl working the window made a huge deal of being inconvenienced in making it right. Couple days later, I come by again, this time they are out of 20 oz cups. So had to pay more and order a 32 oz. And then today, it's 7:50am. The store is closed/locked. The hours on their door say they open at 7am. So almost an hour past opening time and no one is there. I literally drive 4 miles out of my way to take a different route to work so I can get a smoothie each morning. And lastly, the girls you have working in the morning on the weekdays, obviously either hate their job or they have zero customer service skills. Maybe both. I'm sure that they are paid as little as possible which attracts the worst of the worst. Atmosphere is always tense and they are not welcoming.

Possibly the worst location fort worth besides the one that closed already on Bryant Irving Blvd. I go to smoothie king at least 3 days a week. I come to this one when im in the area. Multiple times this one sucks. Once i was told their system was down and could not take orders. I understand. Another time i ordered then proceeded to pay and waited 15 minutes and no one ever came to window to take my payment. I left along with the other 3 vehicles behind me. Another time, i was told the girl was by herself so she could only do a number of orders that day. I drove off as well. Today was the last straw for this location. I proceeded, was told their ice machine was down, i drove off. There were about 4 cars behind me that also drove off. Im sure the owner is not awhere of these issues but they are losing money. This location sucks, ill stick to the other 3 i visit. I wouldnt be surprised if this one continues to lose business because the workers are do not care!!

I’m not a fan of smoothies myself but I wanted to try something new for my workouts so the new girl, I think she had short hair, was very helpful picked the magi kale for me even added ginger which I was unsure about at first but happy I listened to her great service great drink great customer service.

I had such a wonderful experience at smoothie king the customer service was top tier the pretty girl in the scarf was so sweet I felt bad cause she was by herself but her attitude was great and her attention to detail when it came to my order was superb im now a regular

Mid taking my order at the drive thru the lady stopped talking. I thought there was an issue so I went to the window, no one was there. I park to go inside and the door is now locked. At least have the decency to tell me you have to leave.

We have been sitting in this drive thru for 15 minutes behind another car and got to the window and they didn't even have our order. Note they took it 30 minutes ago and we're still waiting. We buy smoothies 3 times a week and will never come back. The staff has the lobby closed and there sitting in there talking to there friends.

This is the WORST Smoothie King in all of DFW. My first experience there was sub par, but I gave grace considering they had just opened and perhaps they were still learning how to do things. But now, after my second visit, 2 months later, 8/26/23 at roughly 12:55pm, I can say with 2000% certainty, I will never visit this location again. I will also tell all my fellow smoothie king athletes to avoid this location like the plague. I’m not sure if this is a franchise or corporate location, but there are a bunch of IDIOTS running this spot. There was an over a 20 minute wait in drive through. The teller kept saying please hold, please wait, not explaining what was going on inside. The drive through is a one way lane, so once you’re in line, you can’t get out. Fortunately the carS behind me became fed up and 1 by 1 we all reversed to get the hell out of there! I even did an online order! That said , I went up the street to the TCU smoothie king and picked up my order in less than 5 minutes. Something BIG needs to be done at this store by Central Market. It’s a COMPLETE JOKE. These kids need to be trained on what to do, how to do, and customer service. NEVER AGAIN!

Great service from the gentleman working on 8/31 near closing time. Very kind, accommodating and professional. The only negative is that the drive thru was blocked off, but they help me still get my online order.

Really worried something was done to our smoothies out of spite for coming in close to closing as both of us that ordered got sick afterwards. After smoothies, we both developed sore throats, extreme bloating and stomach pain. Based on the other reviews there seems to be some issues on night shift with wanting to close early. May God protect us and heal us from whatever has happened to make us sick.

Just came back was in line at 8:30 pm and was asked if we were using the map I said no thank you she proceeded to say that they aren’t taking anymore orders and they already put everything up. But yet the car in front of me got their order. So y’all closing down way before opening or what? Update y’all’s hours or y’all’s employees are shutting down way sooner then they’re suppose to.
