I wouldn’t recommend they have bad service and plenty break ins I heard the last one the managers didn’t even come to the store then I went earlier the girl messed up on my smoothie and refused to remake it

Staff made smoothie and let it sit in the blender for 10 minutes before realizing they hadn't given to me. I had to ask. I was physically in the store and standing right in front of the register. Horrible service and poor quality. Do not recommend.

I love Smoothie King. I go every single day but lately the young ladies that work during the day do not make it right. They may needed to be trained properly.

should've looked at the rating before stopping here after the gym. I thought wow convenient and quick stop before I head back to Dallas and nope. Didn't get my order pick till 10 mins after the set time. To top it off I pulled into an empty lot, one person in the drive thru already waiting at the window.... They take forever to attend me at the speaker then when I do she's like oh your order is ready sorry for the wait but yet I still have to sit behind one car waiting an additional 10 mins waiting on said ready smoothie. Insane... it's not even Friday. Definitely never coming back.

Ordered through the drive through and thought I was clear the 3-4 times I mentioned in allergic to bananas please no banannas. I ordered a pink hulk no bananas. And I was on a work call so I didn't drink any right away but when I got done and down the road. I could clearly taste bananas and I'm now in a stomach clenching pain mouth ripped up as well as I paid 8$ for a smoothie that has made.me sick I'm not thrilled

I showed up today an hour before closing and the employee is hiding trying to avoid having to actually work. The doors are closed and no response through the drive thru. People these days getting lazier and lazier by the minute. Will be contacting corporate.

We visited the store yesterday. Not sure when it's been cleaned last time. Dirty and sticky floor. (Dead gecko on the floor, too) Dust all over the place. All trash cans were over floating and the service was extremely slow. We for sure won't go back.

I am considering calling the health department on this location. 2nd time going in and the floors are sticky, dead flies on the window seal, filthy dustpan on one of the tables, overfilled trash can, dirt all over the floor, containers open and scoops laying on the counters, old dirty light fixtures laying around. This is not acceptable.

I ordered thru the app because I didn't want to wait in the drive thru. There is 4 cars in the drive thru. Door to the lobby has a written note closed lobby. Whats the point of ordering ahead in the app?
If you go to this smoothie king, best of luck. No one answers drive thru and girl who was working was on her phone ear pods in and watched us drive up and drive thru. Get new staff or close this trash location.

The quality and service has really gone down here. Not enough Ice to be considered a smoothie and overripe bananas used.... horrible taste. Overwhelming smell of fermented fruit coming from the window. Ten dollars in the trash

I thought it was closed at first! (Noon time) So glad we pulled over to look. There is a guy holding the place down completely; wearing all the hats. He was patient while I placed my drive thru order. Very courteous and personable. And my smoothie was absolutely delicious.
