I been obsessed with smoothie king and love going to this place. Today McKenzie helped us out and she was so helpful and had a huge smile. Her service was great just like the other two gentlemen on sight. My bowl and smoothie were great and delicious! ?

This use to be a nice place but when you go there after 6pm it's young guys working and talking slang.They are not professional or representing smoothie King in a positive manner.I will never go back to this place.I would rather drive to another location.Its ridiculous and I don't think the owners know this.

I had the best service this morning from the assistant manager Keisha. She was polite and very friendly. She made sure to educate me on products and was very patient with me while making my choice of smoothie. She is definitely a people person and we even had a few laughs while I waited. I will definitely utilize this location more often now. Great experience overall!

I have placed an order here many times and for some awkward reason I guess they have decided to stop doing proper background checks on their staff. Please be very careful going to this location and placing any orders you might live to regret this decision. Go anywhere but here!!

Why is there always an issue with this location. Always short staffed. Went this morning and waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes for the store to open. A sign was posted it closed due to technical difficulties?♀️?

I come here every Saturday as a treat after my morning training. Keisha is always so friendly and does her best to get my order right. I appreciate the vegan options too! They have a plant-based protein powder and a lot of the food items they stock are also plant-based.

Visited twice and both times my order was completed wrong!Second time not only was it wrong but the cup was only 3/4 full. Why bother?Won't be visiting this location again.EDIT: I've replied to the survey and will see if the owner actually rectifies this issue or not.
