Very bad smoothie bowls which are frozen pitaya not even blended and had stale fruits.when asked they denied replacing the bananas saying all there bananas are the same.

I enjoy their smoothies! But I don't think they properly know how to scan a coupon for the smoothies. I still paid full price yesterday when I had a coupon. $5.39 tax included for a 20 oz byo banana and vanilla yogurt. The coupon was 3.99 off for. 20oz.

I wish I had a better experience today, and the manager could solve this situation nicely instead of being rude to the customer during the process. It gave me a bad taste in my mouth throughout the whole experiences and I'm hesitant from on to go to the store to make a purchase. The whole team is watching the manager (please set a great example as a leader to how to treat a customer when they have problem). Thank you!

Staffed by two female workers more concerned with talking to each other rather than listening to the customer's ordering. Had to repeat type and size at least twice, and I'm not a soft spoken person. Lastly, I was asked if I wanted my smoothie in a Styrofoam or plastic cup. I told her plastic, just realized it's in a Styrofoam cup. No big deal, just more evidence of their lack of listening skills and overall poor customer service. Visited 17 Jul 2022 11:55am.
