The young lady AMBER is very rude and racist, if you are a person with melanin, I do not recommend that you come to this restaurant on Clifford St. The police were called on me for no apparent reason and once they heard what happened, they even told me to report the store to corporate, which I did, and to take my money elsewhere. DO NOT waste your money at this unprofessional establishment.

This Sonic used to be really awesome— in the last 3 months or so, I’ve noticed that whenever I get a breakfast toaster, the eggs always have this greenish/grayish tint. Completely unappetizing and I can never bring myself to eat them. I’ve read this is because they are leaving the eggs in warmers for too long.I really wish they’d figure out how to take care of eggs are this location… :/

Last night I went to Sonic and got 2 cheeseburger meals when I got home I fully ate my burger when my boyfriend started to eat his he only ate half of it stating that it tasted wrong. Needless to say within 2 hours of eating my food I started to have the shakes like I was freezing and couldn't get warm then I started throwing up for 2 hours straight my boyfriend ended up taking me to the hospital I had food poisoning. Needless to say I will never eat at this location again.

I'm not sure why I keep punishing myself thinking this place will ever get its act together. They either miss items, don't make as ordered, or "forget" to put in your order and you wait 30 mins for a small popcorn chicken.Today sealed the deal and I will never give them my money again. Ordered via DoorDash as I am unable to leave my home at the moment. Cheeseburger combo meal with tots, a small cheddar pepper w/2 ranch, and strawberry slush. I knew immediately when I received my bag that something was missing. Yup, missing my tots and 1 of the ranch packets. Call and asked for the manager - I'm assuming the manager answered the phone because she didn't pass it off but also didn't provide her name. Told her what happened. She told me to request a refund from DoorDash. Wait. Why is DoorDash refunding me for something I paid Sonic for but didn't receive due to their incompetency? He response, they don't deal with money. Excuse me maam? No offer to make it right with them actually providing me with what I paid for just a saying that she would talk to the bag packers. Yes, DoorDash did refund me, but it's the principal of the matter. Makes me curious how much money they have pocketed by conducting business this way?

I ordered a small caramel sundae, and apparently they put one tiny pump of sauce in the bottom of the cup. It would be nice to have caramel all throughout and not have to dig all the way to the bottom to get a taste of it. Sonic, I know you can do better.
Just waited in the drive thru ordering window for over 10mins after being told to wait a minute, sitting there saying hello after time passes no response, car pulls into the drive thru in the other line, immediately gets answered.
