Krystal is so rude. She throws the food on the counter like dog food and her attitude is so much worse. What Lead would allow that behavior. She seemed stress or just doesn't favor certain kind of customers. I still was polite. I asked her are you okay? No one in sight stepped in.

I went on a whim since I needed to get something quick. I was surprised there were 3 locations within a mile of each other. They were kinda busy so the guy taking orders in the drive thru was short and to the point, not that he was being rude but you could tell he was in a rush to get all the orders out and through. The gal working the window was nice enough, I appreciated the swiftness of the transaction as I needed to get back on the road. Kind of a tighter space compared to others, but still grateful for the convenience.Parking: It’s a smaller lot so there is parking but it looked kind of tight

Easy to get in and out of and the atmosphere is always a nice and quiet place where if you wanted to sit around and read you could or maybe get caught up on some work. Always nice and the staff are always pleasant when I've been there.

My favorite Starbucks!!! My drink is always perfect and the staff here are personable but efficient. As a person who works in service it’s always a delight to see how well this team at this location worker together during peak traffic, but also how well they interact with each other during downtime! The staff is the reason I always return!

tried to pick up my mobile order in the drive thru when i was RIDICULED and LECTURED for placing the order a few minutes before entering the empty drive thru line. the employee complained i didn't give them enough time to make my drink before returning to the window 20 seconds later with my drink. there was NO ONE behind us in line and i even told the employee we were okay to wait until the drink was ready. never going back to this starbucks as long as this insufferable wench is working there.

I don't know how many other people have "a favorite Starbucks," but this one is mine. It's in a nice part of town, the furniture is comfortable (lots of padded seating), and they always get my order right. I took my son here once when he was two, and he still remembers it. What can I say? It's a nice Starbucks.

Shift supervisor Heather would not take an order in advance for a large group of us (my office). Said to call the next day and give the staff the order then. Simple laziness! When calling to give in order in advance as a COURTESY, you expect more. Every other Starbucks in the area is gracious for calls ahead. No thank you to this location!
