Super fast service... excellent Starbucks in the business district of Fort Worth.Ambiance is ok, seating is limited... a lot of people inside doing computer work. Hot mocha delicious.

Ordered through the mobile app. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:01. After 5 minutes of waiting, one barista finally acknowledged me and says they are working on it now. 8:08 rolls around and another barista tells me the same thing. I stood there and watched them not even start my order. I asked to just cancel my order and be refunded and I was instructed to call customer services. I’m currently sitting on hold. I have to work so If I could sit on hold all day it wouldn’t be a problem. I just want my refund for my order that was never even started

Came here at 820 this morning didn’t get my order until 845. I only had 2 drinks. A couple came in and ordered $150 worth of stuff causing everyone to wait. Then the chick wanted to make changes to her large order. Starbucks you shouldn’t allow this. Orders that large need to be placed ahead of time not as a walk in.
My favorite Starbucks to go to! The staff are always so friendly and greet me every time. Drinks are always fast and my drink is always exactly as ordered.

Staff is always so nice and professional!I tend to use the Starbucks app and place to go orders most of the time.Bathrooms are always clean when I have been there.Store is usually well stocked in everything too!Kid-friendliness: Lovely fountain right outside along with some outdoor seating!

Coffee, tea, snacks, & gifts - OH MY! This Starbucks is fabulous for three reasons: (1) mobile ordering is available (life's too short to stand in line ), (2) location provides SO MUCH parking, & (3) the Staff are AMAZING - quick, friendly, & talented baristas. Definitely a MUST VISIT.
