Love this place, can be rough but they always try to keep positive, even when short a person, and are usually very friendly. Drinks are made quick and correctly and have such great relationships with other customers! They can just make your day and once you get to know them they can be like family

The employees here are so rude and have a lot of attitude. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a Starbucks that had this bad customer service, I don’t usually leave review but it has ruined my morning a few days in a row. Also when paying a lot of $$$ for a drink it doesn’t seem worth it from this location.

Rude morning group. I placed an order through my app per the usual at this location. I opted to pick it up inside. Upon arrival I noticed that my drink is not placed in the normal pick up area.I’m not greeted as I come to the door, which is the first red flag. I proceeded over to the pick up area and see that my drink is sitting behind the barista. I tell the first older lady that I was there to pick up my drink. She does not acknowledge me at all and proceeds to keep making a drink She was working on. I move over closer to the checkout counter and advise the male barista that I am trying to grab my drink which is behind him. He proceeds to ask what’s the name and I tell him.As I’m walking out, the woman then wants to acknowledge me.

The order was perfectly made but there's not really a place where you can walk up and pick up your mobile order. Looks like all mobile orders are at the drive thru cashier instead of on the counter where you can walk up and get it. You have to flag down one of the workers to get your order. Also, lazy people are being allowed to park along the front door which makes it difficult to get out of a parking spot. You really need to post 'No Parking' signs before someone gets in a wreck.Parking: There is plenty of parking but they are allowing ppl to park along the front door which is blocking traffic or someone from getting out of a parking spot. Need to put up a 'No Parking' sign before someone gets in a wreck.
