I usually enjoy my brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso.Only issue is it's inconsistent depending on who makes it. Mostly wonderful, sometimes a waste of money.

Every time I come to this location, Patrick the barista charges me $1.65 extra for extra cold foam. I order this drink with another barista or another location and they never do. Then to top it off, I hardly even get any extra cold foam. I have spoken up to him about it before and he’s stood there and argued with me. Main reason I hate coming to this location, just very unprofessional.

The lady Elisabeth, was very rude when I asked her if someone could clean the restroom I stop here every morning and this is my first time coming on my lunch and it will be my last.. I get 3to 4 cups of coffee every morning I will spend my money somewhere else where they are not

The staff working tonight messed up on my order twice and were slow/took their time chatting with one another (I was the only person in the drive). I’ve never had anyone mess up on my drink (I order as is) and it does not taste good. Was very frustrating experience at this specific location with the specific staff.
I never caught her name but the girl working the window with pink in her hair around 4:35 pm today (9/2/23) was AMAZING. Like seriously. Give her a raise or something because I don't think I've ever had such a good experience at this location before.

i went to use my 50% off coupon and they would not let me use it they said i used it already but i have not! they didn’t even try to help me or figure out why it wasn’t working they just said they couldn’t give me the 50% off. they have no idea what they are doing. really rude and unprofessional.
