This was the fastest Starbucks I'd ever gone to! I ordered from the Hampton Hotel across the street, and drove in after 4 cars, parked, walked in, and my order was ready for pick up. Great service and kind employees! I didn't rate the food because all I got was a coffee, and I didn't rate the atmosphere because this is not a sit-down Starbucks. Still is a great and quick place to grab a coffee and go!

They sent a giant cup of milk with coffee in it when I ordered a triple espresso macchiato. Reordered and called to make sure it was done correctly, phone kept cutting out, and they denied that they made it…. but their store number is on the cup. An espresso macchiato is a small espresso drink with a bit of milk. Wish their baristas were better trained and their phones actually worked.

I am writing this review because it is beyond well-deserved. First, the manager, Nathan is just an awesome person! I fell on a rough patch temporarily and the welcoming atmospher and kindness that me and my girls received at this location is refreshing! Nathan and his team are super amazing. A special shout-out to Maggie for taking care of my daughter when she fell ill outside of the store. Maggie went above and beyond to help and it was just extraordinary. The team at this location are phenomenal in every way! My treatment is the same every time we come here. This location has a special place in my heart because kindess is free! I encourage anyone who is in the area to stop and shop at this location because the service is priceless. My coffee is always excellent! Kudos to the team!! Keep being awesome and may you continue to positively impact others because you never know who walks through your doors!

I get the same drink from Starbucks every day, with extra shots of espresso and cold foam so the cup is always extra full but today it was 1/4 empty. The barista asked what was wrong and when I told her it looked kind of empty she goes “would you like me to top it off with oat milk?”. It’s not even an oat milk drink, why would I want oat milk in it? I’d rather have you top it off with the extra espresso I paid for. As I walked out I heard the employees making snarky comments. Rude, terrible customer service. Right along the same lines as most Starbucks stores. I’m headed to buy an espresso machine, I’ll never spend another dollar in that dump.

Went in on my birthday 01/19/1970,asked for a free cup of coffee.Was treated very rudely and told they didn’t honor a free cup of coffee on birthdays.Starbucks has always honored a birthday cup of coffee!!!Treated rudely and made to feel like I was unappreciated. Me and my wife come in Target all the time to shop,we always buy a cup of coffee,we will not be spending anymore money in store #2754 anymore

This location has gotten so lazy and has poor customer service. Ordered oatmeal for my daughter. They gave me a bowl of hot water. This is the only location that has done this. I'm glad I paid attention before handing it to my daughter.

I went and got my absolute favorite drink this morning before heading to my 12 hour shift (dirty chi with almond milk and pumpkin cold foam on top).When I was about to use my app to pay, the always sweet and kind guy at the drive through told me my drink was on the house. I always enjoy going to this location because, not just because of the coffee but because of the friendly staff they have. I've never had a bad experience there! :)

How do I even rate this place. Drinks and service are good, but they don’t wash hands after changing the garbage and hand you your food and drinks.
