I appreciate the commitment to excellent customer service. When people and pay for custom milk, it’s not always preference. Some, like me, have sensitives and intolerance to dairy. I was unwell after drinking dairy instead of almond milk. Please read the labels on the cup.
i mistakenly ordered a hot matcha latte instead of an iced matcha latte. i was able to get a new drink, i even offered to pay for it since it was my mistake. the worker was really nice enough to remake it for free, he was very chill and nice about it! i ended up having a rough morning that day, so that definitely made my morning.

I asked the ladies in the drive-thru, after all the add-ons my 22 yr old daughter requested for her coffee, If the ladies in the drive-through could also drink 1/2 of it for her too since she typically wastes half her coffee; we all had a laugh. It was a fun place!
