Charged an extra $1 per frappuchino for decaf…No other location has ever charged for decaf. Receipt states “1-shot” implying we paid for an additional shot of DECAF espresso. Who on earth pays for an additional shot of DECAF?!

This Starbucks has some good baristas and a few questionable ones but overall it’s a great place to get coffee and hangout with friends.Parking: Store is located in a plaza type setting surrounded by other businesses including a grocery store.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair tables and entrances

Kelly was super sweet when I went through the drive thru this morning!

Really love the folks. The line outside with long so I decided to go inside. There were a lot of people standing around but one by one I saw them all leave with smiles on their faces once they receive their products that they ordered. One of the things I observed was yes they were frustrated while they were waiting but once they got it what they ordered brought the child in them out. It's a beautiful sight. We take a lot for granted when we go into these places these things take time to make and they are being hit from all different directions I don't even know all the social media that they come in contact all day long to take orders by but I can assume it gets pretty crazy. I for one would not want to behind that counter under all that pressure to make everyone's individual drinks. So therefore I am extremely patient when I wait for whatever product I have ordered. Anyway I would like to throw a ticker tape parade hats off to all the workers and a shout out. You guys are the elves of the season to put a smile on many faces.????

Literally have been here for 15 minutes since they decide to do every single drive thru order before getting to mine. Mostly drive thru orders that ordered AFTER me. Never have been to a Starbucks that did this so def will never be coming back to this location.

Just came in in drive thru, asked for a cream cold brew, I got mostly cream with nothing of coffee, went to tell them my coffee taste like cream. Second, coffee no flavor. I have to go to work , I don't have the time or necessity to telk them I want ,what I pay for.

There are 5 starbucks stores around me and they should all make your orders equal right? But I experience different things in every starbucks except for this branch that does my drinks the right way.My drinks always comes out with the right flavor and ratio. Staff is always helpful and respectful. This is now my official go to starbucks !!
October 8th 2023 MorningThis place gives you nothing but attitude! They’re too busy gossiping and talking on their headsets in front of you rather than giving the customer the slightest attention. Reading reviews other people have the same issues, customer service and quality, must be a management problem. I personally will not be back.

I really dislike giving negative reviews. However I feel like everything is always out of stock here. I just got a protein box and the egg wasn't even peeled all the way. How is that even a thing. I spent over $300 in gift cards for teacher appreciation and was told I would get stars for it and DIDN'T. Cups are never wiped down before handed to you. Just over all service of ALOT of Starbucks locations in general have gone down SO MUCH. Not JUST this location. But the eggs not even being peeled really got me this morning.
