Customers in drive through tend to get their orders faster than the mobile orders, not a fan of that. Traffic at this location is not ideal at all on busy mornings.

This Starbucks is amazing! I was unsure of what to get so I asked the girl in the black apron to help me out. The drink she made was so good I could drink it everyday for the rest of my life! Definitely coming to this Starbucks every day from now on and would recommend others to do so!

When I ordered LIGHT ice, I said VERY LIGHT ice. I surely didn’t mean half a cup of ice. I waited ten minutes in line with one car ahead of me to get this kind of incompetence. Awesome. Won’t be back to this location for sure and I guess now I have to specify what very light means.

The drinks have gotten really expensive and if you order the cinnamon nitro cold brew you're going to pay almost $7 for a small drink and they give it to you and tell you it's the biggest one they have. Ridiculous! It's a drink, it shouldn't be that expensive. Also, they used to have liquid stevia and they did away with that. It was a great addition to drinks and was a lot better than the powdered kind.

Ordering ahead on the app is always risky with this location. Order was marked as ready for pickup significantly too early. Waited 10+ minutes after the notification came in for the order to actually be ready (two cold drinks, two pieces of coffee cake). Coffee cake took extra time and the barista did not have the patience to hand the bags to me. Dropped them on the counter a few inches in front of my hand and turned around.

Busy but very well organized. The tall, dark-haired young lady would have to have skates on to move any faster than she already was and moved from one area to another without missing a step. Everyone was doing all they could to get the orders out.

We arrived Christmas Day in the afternoon when they were very busy and realized we accidentally made the mobile order for a different location. The amazing lady that was working drive through ended up taking a picture of the order, making the order (that was pretty modified) and delivering it to us in the parking lot. Such a kind gesture and completely unexpected. Happy Holidays to the wonderful staff there!

Mobile order was available on the app. We got to the store and there was a sign stating that the cafe would not be open until 12pm. Many people tried to get into the cafe. Why was this not stated online or in the mobile app? We had to wait in the drive thru although our order had been ready for 20 minutes.

Last night we pulled in at 5:14. Drive through wasn't crazy busy. Parking lot wasn't really full at all. Took us 10 minutes to get to the intercom system to order. Was quickly told to wait. Waited 5 more minutes to order. 2 drinks.We didn't get to the window until 5:41.HOW DOES IT TAKE 27 MINUTES TO GET THROUGH A DRIVE THROUGH WITH 4 CARS IN FRONT OF US AND AN EMPTY STORE.I drive a truck and though multiple times of driving over the curb and through their shrubs to get out of the line but didn't want to get in trouble for ruining their landscaping.Needless to say, the staff looked crazy stressed and disorganized. And quickly blamed the manager for being understaffed. It was clear they were also under trained.So I told them that they can charge our drinks to the manager cause it is not our fault and we were pissed. We drove away with free drinks and this manager needs to get fired or trained up themselves... Completely unacceptable.
