Is not the employee's fault is the manager who either is on her personal phone or out like today, me and my son been there maybe 15 times and has requested talk to the manager for the last 5 times, she's always out or she's on break (standing on 1 corner on the phone). My son asked a few different new employees and they have not been trained at all, changed manager and you will not have issues.

Erica didn’t even care to greet me. Had a horrible attitude. Did not write down or punch in my drink order. Did not give me my personal cup discount. Slammed my cup when I gave it to her. Touched my cake pops with her hands. But was nice to others.

Man,, im not one to complain,, but i have one issue,, and first off the employee has a great attitude, and is always smiling,, butttttttttttt ,, when i got in my car, i had half a cup of product. lol whats this, a coffee shot.. lol anyways.. i think your employee needs a bit more training on making your product and a refresher on what your company standards are, I will not be going back to this star bucks. i would rather drive the extra 5 min down the highway to east chase to actually get the full cup of cappoccinnoMerry Christmas.

I’m a regular at Starbucks. I go every single morning mon-fri. So I went to the Albertsons for groceries and decided to try this location. I ordered my usual Frappuccino and breakfast sandwich. The lady took 5 minutes to come back to the Starbucks, this location you have to type in your phone number cs the app. So I did. I was excited cause it was double star day and there was a 50 star bonus ordering 2 sandwiches. She made the lady behind me her drink first cause she was a regular. There was no whip cream for my drink so I drank it dry. And to top it off, SMH….I never received my stars for that day. She made no effort and looked like she hated working there. I will never return to this location again.

Came in this morning and walked up to the counter and the employee was marking some of the cups to the side. I waited for a few minutes and she finally came up and was very short and rude when she said what do you want. I asked for a London Fog and she looked blankly at me and said I don't know how to make that and then got on her phone and texted until I said never mind and walked off, the look she gave me when I told her never mind was beyond rude.

I really don’t leave bad reviews. I enjoy looking for things to complement on bc I feel like employees don’t get enough recognition when they do a good job but this was ridiculous.I was by no means in a rush but with only 2 people in line (including myself!) it shouldn’t take you more than 15 minutes to make one refresher and hand out a cake pop….I waited 20 minutes just to have my order taken before I decided to just give up and leave. There is no way I’m going to pay $15 to wait 30 min for a drink and a sandwich (for myself).This is not something I write lightly as I USED TO WORK FOR STARBUCKS but drinks (especially refreshers that require no brewing time as they don’t have coffee. Just juice, water, and lemonade) shouldn’t take longer than 5 minutes at most to make.In no universe is a 20+ minute wait reasonable at Starbucks for any reason. It’s so sad.

Awesome store! The woman (forgot to get her name) that worked in the deli that serviced us fried chicken was EXTREMELY NICE!!! Employe of the month!!

03/09/2023 2:15Needs better customer service due to that the manager, and shift manager of this location were arguing in front of customers,The Store employee had to step in to deescalate the situation.Due to the unpleasant behavior, of the employees my beverage was not made correctly. Half the venti size cup was filled with whipped cream and the other half was filed with I don’t know what but it did not taste cold or refreshing and it had no chocolate tasteI did request full refund

Horrible service the young lady was so rude and angry it was the worse service I have ever had at a Starbucks. She messed up my drink and threw it in the sink all rude I should’ve just left,won’t be going back. Do not recommend.

First woman took my order and added two extra drinks, I corrected her and she got mad at me… the manager tried to come salvage the order but even she couldn’t get it right. Walked out without coffee because they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Waste of time.

This place serves as an example of why you should just go to an actual Starbucks store and not the ones inside grocery stores. These people clearly aren’t baristas and don’t want to be.
