When I walked in the manager was wiping off the counter and changing out food containers. I asked her to change her gloves and she stated I was just wiping the counter and then went in the back and did not come back out. The other young lady took her gloves off washed her hands put on a new pair of gloves and prepared our sandwiches. This was very unprofessional and I will be contacting the corporate office

They’re stealing. They ring items up the wrong way to make more money. It can be a specialty sandwich and they ring it up with individual toppings. $9 sandwich ends up being $17. Also, WHAT THE JUNK HAPPENED TO A $5 foot long!?!???!?! $14 for a sub with less meat than a year ago!?!?!?NOT TODAY!!Do NOT go here!

I really love this location it's inside of the Loves Truck Stop. The food is always hot and vegetables fresh. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. So I went into this store with all 3 of my sons to grab a coffee once inside my husband wanted a subway sandwich so I was ordering him one when my son who is autistic grabbed the display behind us which only had dollar tree weights for the ballons on it and the Manager to subway told me to grab my son to which i told my husband just take him to the truck while i pay well this lady decided to start calling me a bitch and say I was a unfit mother for not whooping my sons ass that she was a mother also and it couldnt have been her kids so of course mama bear came out I went off in front of my oldest son and a grown ass man was behind me in line started screaming in my face and almost pushing me saying that i should do better as a mom so i just told them you know what i dont want the food let me just pay for my coffee and the rest of the workers had to escort the MANAGER out because she kept going all the rest employees apologized and said she got out of hand for acting like that towards my son who is only 4 so please share and make awareness of this i know several of you have autistic kids and would hate for this to happen to yall i have called corporate and im waiting to hear back in the morning the good thing the other customers walked out behind me without purchasing and said i was doing a great job as a mom that made me tear up because no one should ever have to react the way i did to defend my kids nor should my kids ever have to see that side of me

Great service, subs are always great, and it's always generally the same every time I go there, which is often. I'd say the only slight downside is that during rush hours, there's a wait time since it's also inside a gas station, but I don't really care since that's just service baby. Anyways, not sure if it's actually 24/7 since I've never gone after 9PM. Edit: it is very much 24/7, awesome!

Customer service (young lady making sandwiches) was very slow. When two men came into the building, her focus was on them, and the customer was totally ignored. Afterwards, she turned her back to the customer to take out cookies and put some in to bake. Without politely saying, "excuse me while I take care of the cookies". Lousy customer services! ??
