Meat slices were very thin. Some what sloppy when making the sandwich. It mostly depends on who is making your sandwich when you go into a Subway. Some people are very good, most are very bad. Now they want a tip for poor service.

Worst Subway ever! Did a mobile phone order last week. Waited 20 minutes past estimated completion for them to first tell me they didn’t have the bread. Told them they could switch it and waited ten more minutes, at which point they said they didn’t have the meat. I asked for my money back since I paid on the Subway app. I was told that they couldn’t do that and it wasn’t their fault that they didn’t have the meat or bread I ordered. This was at 8:00 PM btw, long before they close.worst customer experience ever and at this point I will never return to any subway after this. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Older lady was so so rude I walked in no one in line I waited for about 10 mins.. when they finally took my order she asked what I wanted didn’t remember and told the other worker. This is hers I don’t kno what she want on it she told me but ole well I don’t remember. Her attitude was nasty they threw my sandwich together didn’t toast it didn’t ask if I wanted it toasted. I was already late for work

I ordered online and sent my daughter to pick it up.. She over heard someone saying there was no more spinach, when asking for a refund someone else told her that she already made our sandwich and we got the last of the spinach.. She brings it home to find out no spinach on the sandwich. I was on the phone with my daughter so I heard the lady tell her there was spinach on there.. I’m only writing this bc this is the 3rd time they’ve messed my order.. Sad but we’ll never go to this subway again and the owners clearly don’t give a damn bc reading the other comments this is a regular for this location smdh!

Worst subway ever. They short you on meats, even if you get extra meat. Ask for double meatballs and you get 5 total on a sub you paid extra for. They're a disgrace and just need to close down. Whoever the manager is, is without a doubt a scum of a human being who doesn't care about his customers because he or she has had plenty of time to look at reviews and fix the problem. So at this point, I have no sympathy for a place like this.

6400 N Beach location (Albertsons plaza)... It seems everytime I come here the service isn't good. This time, I ordered a footlong with turkey on it. I was told there was no turkey... Yet the person who came in AFTER me ordered a footlong with turkey and got it! When I asked what the meat was on that person's sandwich, I was told it was turkey, but there was no more. I don't understand why my sandwich was being made first, and the person making mine claimed to be out of the meat required to make it, while his coworker was using turkey to make a sub for someone who came in after me and ordered after me! This isn't the first time this Subway was out of meats, and it's still early in the night!! Subs is what this place is all about! They should never run out of the most important ingredients to make a sub! In addition it's always easy to see which employees don't want to be at work! No smiles, no greetings, move slow like it's a chore to make a sub. None of it is good for business. Won't be coming back to this location...

Shut it down. Why is there only one worker. I put my online order in 30 min prior to pick up and it's not ready. It's not the young lady fault working but please fix your staffing issue

Terrible service I love Subway but the last time I came to this location was terrible service the vegetables empty and dirty in overall everything wasn’t clean and the employees make the customer way too long.

Employee started making sandwich, stopped midway to hand someone else a bathroom key on a big stick, and then went back to touching my food - no handwashing. Yuck... what do they do when no ones watching?!

My first job was this subway, we used to be 3 people working and we would help each other through out the day and we would give the best customer service but now the management sucks they hire kids who know nothing about politeness, this young boy served me my food while rolling his eyes and constantly sighing. Please do better subway!!!!
