Customer service was good, but they didn't put any sauce on the sandwich I requested sauce on, so now I have a dry one. Didn't open the sandwich to check since it was a sealed online order, mistake on my part.

I always order here. My sandwiches are always made exactly how I order and the quality is always great. Today, the total opposite. I did an online order which asked for extra pepperoni with cheese slices, not shredded cheese, and ranch. My order arrived also missing a bag of chips I had ordered. My Sandwich as you can see in the photo came with barely any meat, shredded cheese, and little to no ranch, literally a dry sandwich.Definitely not ordering from here again for quite some time.

Horrible stopped in at this location today to witness the employees were yelling profanities at a couple of customers that were in the store and 2 police officers were inside afterwards , the store smelt like raw sewage like they have cleaned the place and trash all over the floor after looking at the other reviews I will never visit this location again I am trying to find the managers information to contact him as their phone # said it was disconnected Horrible experience.

PLEASE SHARE!! Be careful of Bianca!! Throwing KNIVES at customers!!! We ordered from Subway on N Tarrant Pkwy by academy. When my husband went to pick up our order at 8:30 pm he walked in and was told to get the F*** Out they were closed they don't close til 10. She would not make our order or give a refund. She started flipping him off and said to get out. Went back tonight to see about getting refund cause we could not reach the store # online is out of order. She would not give me a phone number for manager or store number. She then started cussing and flipping me off. She then threw a knife and chip clip at us over the counter! Called the police and finally got a refund for the food we never got. Decided to not press charges against her. But if you want to go eat at this restaurant be careful of her. Throwing knives at customers really??

Placed an order online on 9/20/23 at 8:15 pm arrived at this location around 8:39pm and advised Bianca that I was there to pick up my online order she immediately yelled at me told me to get the f*c* out of the store they were closed it's 8:30 and the hours of operation are 10am to 10 pm . I asked to speak to a manager she refused to give me the # so I left and returned today after work at around 5:30 pm to try to rectify the situation and get the refund from last night for the food I didn't receive. Bianca today when I asked for a refund and the contact manager telephone number threw a knife at me and a chip clip told me that I was banned and get the fu outta here so i contacted the police to intervene would stay far away from this subway in particular horrible staff and the GM is not any better and immediately was taking his employees side without reviewing the cameras And also stated he sees nothing wrong with Bianca flipping off customers HORRIBLE

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in to order with a coupon then was told it may not work. We asked her to check it and she literally snatched it out of our hands. We told her we didn't like how she did that and she said she didn't like our attitude. Talk about rude. There were no other customers in there at the time . You think they would want the business. We will never go back in there.

The Saturday evening crew is so sweet and professional! I came by to pick up an order of cookies and the store was nice and clean.
For being a subway it's okay. Short staff issues make it a little longer to order and pay for food but I have never had a problem before. Meats and topping look fresh but the bread can sometimes be a tad stiff and flakey. Prices are decent like every other subway.

Ordered 2 foot longs for pick up 35 minutes in advance. Got to the store and they hadn’t been started. The older woman at the front was losing her mind. The man helping her clearly didn’t know what he was doing and was just standing around and was making things even more of a mess. I waited another 35 minutes in the store for my order. At the end they then informed me that they only had wheat bread which at that point I had to accept. That is beyond ridiculous for two cold sandwiches. Oh can’t forget the lovely N words the guy kept dropping. Classy

I just ordered the Outlaw Sandwich through Uber eats And these people dared to send me the Sandwich without Steak, without any meat. Uber eats refunded my money but this is an insult. I will not buy from Subway again.
