Food is great, but the customer service is lacking. The time it takes to get your food is not on par with competing restaurants. I don’t blame the staff, I blame the owner for not having enough staff during busy hours. Profit over service seems to be the owners logic.

Do yourself a favor and go to Raising Cane's instead! Overall this was a terrible experience. First, to set the tone for the visit, the cashier had a poor attitude and was not welcoming at all. She couldn't have cared less that I was there. Second, everything is "a la carte"...$6.50 for 4 chicken strips, and if I "want fries with that", and additional $4?? And if I want a soda with my dinner, an additional $2 to $3?? Seriously? I spent almost $17 on 4 tiny chicken strips, a "regular fries, and a milkshake. Cane's is half the cost, twice the food, and much better quality. The only reason I am giving this place two stars instead of one is because the lady who prepared our food had a terrific attitude, and did her best to make things right.

Workers with Masks off! This place looked good online but in person the whole restaurant stank like the bathroom and the employees looked depressed to be there. They also have a semi open kitchen and multiple employees had masks off or under their nose while preparing food. I am afraid for the health of anyone who eats at this location. Please Avoid if you can!

My friend has been telling me for months to stop in, but today was the first day I actually did. I love spicy food, so I decided to get the nashville hot chicken sandwich. Let me tell you it was sooo good!! It had the perfect amount of heat, sauce, and the chicken was AMAZING!!! I also got a side of rosemary garlic fries and they were the bomb. The staff was super nice and helpful since it was my first time there. Overall 10 out of 10 recommend Super Chix!! I will be back often!!

The Nashville Hot was really good. Not overbearingly spicy so I could eat it quickly before work, and it had really good flavor. Gonna try the plain next time. ?

Really overpriced for 4 pcs of chicken tenders and it's not even the meal combo. Thought it was a good idea to stop by before I headed into work but the wait was incredibly long for a place that is classified as "fast food." It didn't even come with any sauces on the side. It looked pretty sad in the bag when I opened it because all I saw were 4 puny little tenders and an infant's fistful of coleslaw tossed in there. It was around $11 and some change for that experience. Honestly, you'd probably be better off going to a Chick-Fil-A because at least you know what you're getting and get lots of sauces with it.

Overall a pleasant experience. There used to be one of these in Arlington that I enjoyed going to. The fry portion is generous. The only downside is that I went to refill my drink and the employee bussed my table. I get that you want to turn over tables, but maybe make sure the person is finished eating before taking taking food.

We came tonight because we had a hospital visit nearby. We ordered and afterwards, the cooks started talking really loud about how they were angry they had to drop food. It made us uncomfortable so we asked the girl working the counter to just refund us. She said okay but didn’t say sorry or anything else after we told her it was unprofessional. She seemed happy we were leaving. Not a good experience.

Bathroom needs mechanical repair. Door does not close. Toiled does not flush in men's. Floor oily and slippery. Food delicious.

SuperChix is amazing huge fan of the variety of sauces and always love the yummy sandwiches, chicken strips, fries (recommend the sweet fries!), and custards (go for the special flavors ). An awesome spot with a great staff too. Highly recommend!

This is like a Chick Fla but on steroids. It is delicious! I ordered the chicken minis and my husband ordered the Cheesy BBQ chicken both were great. We will be back.

Get the Simple fried chicken sandwich. The sweet fries and the signature sweet sauce. Can't go wrong. It's delicious. You will love it. This is the only chicken sandwich I have ever claimed to be better than the Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich, and that is VERY high praise from me.
