The score is based primarily upon the food. The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms are clean. Nothing super special or extraordinary about the service. I always expect great customer service. The young lady who helped me was nice and made sure that everything was in the bag. It came in a nice box to make it easier for carrying and transport. Also made a nice trash can. Once I was done eating. I had the new soft taco cantina chicken, as well as the cantina quesadilla. My first mistake was not believing the guy in my foodie group chat. That said that he was super disappointed in the soft taco cantina chicken. My Hope was that he just had a bad experience or maybe it was the location. However, it was late and I was hungry and running out of places that were still open for the late night. I ordered the cantina Chicken soft Taco with a couple of modifications adding jalapenos and crunchy tortilla strips to it. Honestly, I think it would have been better if it had been hot. Maybe it was too much of the cold toppings that cooled off the chicken. The second item that I had was a cantina chicken quesadilla. When I think about A. Quesadilla, it is ingredients in a tortilla, then thrown on the grill to meld all the ingredients and give it a little bit of Browning on the tortilla and then cut into sections to make it easy to eat, as well as dip in some of the sauces that they offer like the signature, red sauce or new avocado salsa. The quesadilla was not browned nor was it divided up. It looked like a super long, soft taco. While driving, I was not able to break it apart and had to eat it whole without dipping. Thank goodness for the sauce that was inside of the quesadilla to ensure that it was not dry. The only positive about this was that it was hot. Every now and again trying new items at fast food locations. There will be an L, or lesson. With some other things in place, those could have been winners, like a bowl and the fried taco.

No service whatsoever.. lucky I'm computer inclined and know how to use a kiosk. But when the older people comes in an cant figure things out and your employees just stare at them and not ask them if they need help. Chips seem stale and old. Didn't taste right..

Edit: tried again and worse, nite the grilled cheese burrito wrapped in cold cheese lol Worst taco bell besides the one on 377 thats half a KFC, I have genuinely tried to be patient but they mess up everytime. Paid for extra meat/here we are halfway with literally 0 meat and an old tortilla. Insanely poor quality for how long it took/kept making orders for doordash that werent even there yet while they had a line around the building.
I strongly recommend checking your Oder before leaving if you do mobile order or drive through pick up.
