Don't order a taco salad unless you want to eat 90% shell and 10% salad. My boyfriend tried to be friendly with the man in the drive thru window but he ignored all of his comments. Just ignored his how's your day and ran my card without even a smile. This is my 3rd salad from here this year and each time I get an emptier shell. This is ridiculous. The one on the website and the drive thru menu is filled to the top of the shell and that is my expectation. I'm ordering a salad and salads require more than a spoonful of lettuce.

I came to this location on a quick lunch break and I’m happy with how everything turned out. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself was clean and orderly and the you can tell that the woman up front takes pride in having a clean dining area. She needs a raise!

First of all, I love taco Bueno, and have for many years, but this location is the worst by far that I’ve ever come across. The last three times that I’ve been there. They were not open Dearing Dearing posted operating hours. I don’t know what’s going on here, but management needs to figure out a way to get decent people staffed and working here or else you’re gonna ruin your reputation. I sincerely hope you guys get this figured out.
This is a disgrace to the Taco Bueno I grew up with. I got to leave for my lunch break early so I went through the drive thru. Figured I could spend the leftover time to catch up with mom things. Drive thru was a nightmare. The guy isn't talking into the microphone and I had to repeat my order FIVE times. I pull up and the guy at the window (had the drive thru headset on) had to go over my order another THREE times. 3 muchacos, quesadilla meal, party burrito and a nacho meal. I drove off thinking surely after 8 times of repeating it, it should be fine. I drive all the way back to work to find they forgot half of my coworkers meal and half of mine. I tried calling and they wouldn't answer. So I used that extra time I was wanting for errands to go back up there to the drive thru to play the repeat game again with the guy to only get what I paid for. No apology, no extra food, nothing. Then I got back to work and sit with my cold nachos and open one of my items and see this. Fingernail punctures. Wasted time, wasted money and took one bite of food. $34 down the drain for terrible food and service. Our office will not come back and whomever they tell this story to will not and I sure won't! Disgusting! Hire someone who can properly work the drive thru

Guy can't take an order. 4 burritos and another dinner with a burrito equals 5. Not 2. Taco shells were all crushed up. Ended up paying way too much for what I got

It's 3:56pm on 12/19/23 went in the drive through cause the doors are locked and the light on the side of the building say "Drive through open" lights are on but nobody will answer the drive through.This is the second time this has happened. I give up trying to give y'all my business.
