If you grew up in the Rio Grande Valley and Spent many years in San Antonio, Fort Worth is lacking in quality breakfast taco places.Meli’s is one of the best around. I give it 5 as it is definitely better than their peers. It won’t crack the top 10 of any South central to South Texas places, but it is one of Fort Worth’s best.
The Barbacoa here is legit and authentic. Carnitas are also really good. The torta bread is really soft with great flavor. I would recommend this spot if you’re looking for cheap and authentic street tacos. Cash only!

If you don't know where it is, you will drive by it. Very good food for a reasonable price. Constant business throughout the day. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Few spots to sit inside and a few outside but not many.
