There are very, very few taco stands that really stick to the Mexican flavor. True tacos estilo Monterrey. The meat is not burned and not greasy. Tortillas are great. Salsas are good. Green is light spicy and the red is spicier. The campechanas were delicious.

If you want authentic Mexican food, this is the place. Wow was it good. We didn't have anything we didn't like. The tacos, burrito, gordidas, and quesadilla are all really good. We will be back a lot!!
So we didn't even get to try the food because they ran out of rice and beans at dinner time a Friday. What kind of Mexican restaurant runs out of rice and beans? Ever?Lady: The ONLY thing we're out of is the shredded beef. Is: okay, no worries. Lady: ...and we are out of plates.....and we don't have any rice and beans. Then WHAT DO YOU HAVE?

We were skeptical when we pulled up to this place! It's a hole in the wall Mexican restaurant but the food is so good!This is a family owned establishment. They are really friendly and polite. The food is absolutely amazing. We were not disappointed. Their tacos are worth it and the tortas is mouthwatering

Wonderful hole in the wall place in none other than little Newark! Authentic Mexican food, the woman taking our order was very helpful and answered all questions we had about the menu. I got the steak flour tortilla tacos, my mom had 3 corn tortilla tacos with pork, steak, and barbacoa; everything was so good! The mild hot sauce was also very yummy! Absolutely recommend this place, I know we'll be back for another mother/daughter date!

This place is EXCELLENT! The food is out of this world and full of flavor. The owner (who is the absolute sweetest) told us it might take awhile for the order because they hand made them- we were alright with that! Me and my mother both got the pork gorditas with rice and beans. The pork was excellent, and the rice and beans were to die for.(Also try the green sauce- SO good and fresh!)
