Scott and everyone at TCP did such an amazing job catering our wedding! I still have people telling me how great the food was! My best friend went with me to the tasting and told me she was almost more excited for my wedding to get here just to eat the delicious food again! The options are extensive and Scott makes sure to have everything done exactly how you want, and was incredibly kind and helpful. At the wedding everything was set up perfect, the lines were quick and efficient and the whole TCP staff were very helpful and just so nice! Please do yourself a favor and check them out if you are looking for a caterer, they really are the best around, without a doubt! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We had the absolute best catering service. All employees catered better than any catering service I’ve ever had. All of these one stars are a bunch of miserable people. Thank you TCP!

First off, I would not be writing this negative review if a sense of accountability or remorse was shown by the owner Scott as we contacted him first. The best part of our experience with TCP was the tasty food. We fell in love with our chosen dishes during our tasting with Jennifer. She was amazing. To say the service and communication was lacking is an understatement. We were contracted to provide a final head count 10 days prior to the event and final payment 7 days prior to the event. Honestly, if my wife was not as organized and hadn't had reminders to follow up, I don't think Scott would have ever reached out to confirm whether we were going to pay or not. Yes, he was responsive when we reached out each time, but it's the fact we had to reach out to him about money for his business.More lack of communication was shown the day of the event. The catering staff was punctual, but didn't connect with us at all. When we brought this up to the owner, he stated that they connected with the venue staff as they worked with the venue fairly often and try to remain less intrusive to the Bride, Groom, etc. I'm sure some may enjoy this method, but it didn't rub us the right way as WE were the ones paying them and counting on service, not the venue staff.During the reception they made sure to serve the wedding party first as expected with any wedding. There were many people raving over the food and wanted more right after their first plate but unfortunately, the food disappeared, but not because it was all eaten. It was because the staff had already packed it up and placed it in the fridge. The contracted time for them to leave was 9pm. Scott defended that staff left at 8:45ish. Our guest, wedding party, and even his employee Mallory, during our conference phone call, stated that the van left at 7:15 which obviously means the food had to be broken down before that. Our first plates were served around 6:45 . You do the math!Between the two of us we have 10 years of service experience in the food and beverage industry. Our phone call to Scott was only to give our perspective and advise on how we could have been provided with better service. We were only met with rebuttals and no effort to be receptive. They are probably great to cater a lunch meeting, but I wouldn't count on them for something that should be as important, memorable, and EXPENSIVE as a wedding until better forms of communication are set even if it is just a questionnaire sent to couples prior to the event about preferences. I hope this review helps this business because we see potential, and we truly want all the success for them! They have great food and great prices, but service, communication, and accountability lacked and that's where we draw the line.

All I can say is my wedding was 11/11/2023 And me and my husband still have people in 2024 asking who catered our food because it was so wonderful and my opinion nothing else needs to be said the food speak for itself, loud and clear and the service. Oh my God over the top I will recommend this catering service to anyone. thanks again for helping make our dreams come true on our special day

DO NOT TRUST THEM. We booked them for our wedding months in advance and were in communication with them very frequently and they did not show up on our wedding day. They originally said that they had a scheduling issue and we were not on their calendar and they could send someone out to the wedding HOURS after they were supposed to be there. Now after the honest reviews are coming in they are claiming we did not pay. That is simply not true. We paid our deposit and had a credit card on file. They did not mention one thing about payment until they started responding to reviews and covering their mistake. They tried to withhold our deposit until the reviews were deleted and once we got the deposit my wife reposted the review because it is 100 percent honest and this almost ruined the wedding day that we had planned for an entire year. If you book them make sure to have a wedding venue close to a fast food establishment because that’s what our wedding guests ate. They could have apologized and owned up to the scheduling mistake that THEY MADE. Instead they are spinning it like we did not pay and they did not show up because of that. Very unprofessional and slimy.

If I could give zero stars I would…I booked TCP catering for my wedding on 3/2/24 - had our tasting in person when we spoke about the date, multiple emails and a phone call to solidify the menu and signed a contract to lock in our date several months before the wedding. I even had an email conversation a week before the wedding to add on a few dietary menu items and confirm the date again …Day of my wedding they didn’t show up….after multiple calls by my coordinator they finally answered and said there was a “scheduling mishap” … my coordinator then heard the staff in the background telling an employee to hang up the phone and not answer…cowardly staff and management. They ignored every single phone call and then their “solution” was to come 4 hours late with food not on our contract. Once you didn’t show up at our contracted time with our contracted menu…you were in the wrong and there was no way you could fix it. How does a professional company not show up to a wedding when there were multiple conversations about the date (that never changed) and a signed contract? They told us our communication was only via email and it didn’t end up on their calendar…it is YOUR job to manage your bookings and handle your calendar…NOT ours. They then tried to place blame stating we hadn’t paid the rest of our balance…had they been a responsible business with our event on their calendar they would have reached out to discuss the last payment like a typical vendor would! A deposit is meant to show a client is in good faith going to pay the rest of the payment for a service, and as a business why would you just not show up after not getting the final payment instead of reaching out to collect the rest? Our email conversation a week before would have been a great time to remind us of our remaining balance but you are clearly trying to deflect from the fact that you forgot about us. TCP mishandled our booking due to poor business management and we had to pick up the pieces. TCP catering nearly ruined my wedding and we had to feed my guests lower quality food due to no options around our venue last minute. Because they didn’t show up we also only had alcohol to serve our guests for several hours since they were contracted to bring food, water and non alcoholic drinks. Book them with extreme caution or you might end up scrambling an hour before dinner time on the most important night of your life!Edited to add: they withheld our deposit until we removed my honest review of what they did…completely unprofessional and wrong. Scott, if you would have reached out and apologized for forgetting about my wedding and shown ANY remorse I wouldn’t have felt the need to post an honest negative review. But you continue to place blame on us when we did nothing wrong. If you not showing up to my wedding was simply because we didn’t make the final payment…why were you trying to come hours later on our wedding day and why did you tell us it was because you forgot to add us to your calendar? Just admit you did something wrong and move on instead of texting my mother complaining about our honest reviews. Reposting because potential clients should know what happened to me and how they mishandled it every step of the way.

Stay away unless you want TCP to literally just not show up on your wedding day. This is what happened to my best friend.Imagine her horror when hours after catering was already supposed to be there, we found out they weren’t even on the way. The solution they offered was to show up several hours later with the wrong food. Thankfully a local business (shout out Rosa’s) was able to pull through with last minute catering faster than TCP would have gotten there. And their excuse was even more laughable - the wedding that had been confirmed multiple times after in person tastings and constant communication somehow didn’t make it on their calendar. They tried to put the blame on the bride, on her wedding day, and took zero responsibility. To top it all off, they made her remove any negative reviews about this experience before they initiated a refund. Yes, they withheld the refund after failing to provide the services they were contractually obligated to.Just run. These people do not care about your special day. I promise there are better catering businesses out there.

TCP recently catered a family event and they were fantastic! Scott worked hard to help me decide what to order and was so patient with all of my questions. His staff was phenomenal the day of the event - they set everything up, maintained the buffet line, and even put the leftovers into containers for us to take home. You seriously can't beat the price for the service you receive. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Scott was absolutely amazing to work with! He was very responsive to emails and answered any questions I had. The food was amazing and we received so many compliments especially on the chicken and salmon. The service provided was fantastic, Caitlyn, Mallory, Gates, Facundo, and Taylor did such a great job making our wedding run so smoothly.

WOW wow wow!! We booked TCP Catering for our wedding, and the food was the top thing we have heard from our guests about the night. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the truffle butter mac and cheese. Scott and Mallory were amazing to work with and they were super responsive to emails and changes. We were able to snag some leftovers and are SO excited about it!

Catered them for several work events, my wedding and even a dinner. They always do a good job and you get A LOT of food for the money.

I posteed the review below two years ago, and just had them cater another daughter's wedding, and they hit it out of the park again!!! I could not have been happier with the planning process and the execution! Scott is great about working out a menu within your budget, and thinking of all the details. The food is delicious and staff is great! Again, two years later, I highly recommend them!TCP did the catering for my daughter's wedding and we are so pleased. Scott, the owner is super responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. He guided us in developing the menu, offered cost cutting suggestions, and was open to anything we wanted. The food tasted great, was presented well, and we had plenty of it for our guests. I received lots of feedback from wedding guests on how great the food was. The staff the night of the event were all polite, well dressed, and were attentive and thoughtful towards our guests. I will definitely use them for any future catering needs and would highly recommend them.

TCP Catering and staff are amazing! Best decision for our wedding day food services!Prior to wedding day, the staff interactions with us were timely, professional, and invested in aligning with our desires for our hors d'oeuvres and plated dinners. Additionally, Mr. Vickers and his team developed a delicious pepper sauce for our guests, and many have complimented it and wanted the recipe! The staff was very engaged with serving our guests, kind, and professional on our big day. We could not be more pleased that TCP Catering for our wedding day and 10/10 recommend using their services for your wedding or event!
