Every member of my family had issues with there food..my Sirloin tasted nasty..burned over done and cold ..and it had texture like hamburger instead of steak..not good at all..my sons and my sisters steak same way..food was not worth what we pd for..will not go back!

This was our first time inside a T Roadhouse. It was also at a brand new TXRH im Crowley TX. I had higher expectations. The saving Grace was your staff. Our server was super awesome ?. The steak was dry and very salty. The baked potato with overcooked. The chicken Caesar salad arrived at our table without chicken. We spent over $250 for our group. I expected quality dining.

I asked for no onions on my order of smokehouse burger due to an allergy. I had it sent back and they just removed the onions reason I know this is because I had an allergic reaction. The server was nice enough about it. Luckily my allergy isn’t

we got there at 5:30 with a party of 17 people got told it would be a 2.5 hour wait. i understand how the service industry works as i’ve been a server for 4 years and know people that own a restaurant. a lot of the times restaurants give longer wait times so you will leave but we waited 3.5 hour to even get sat down. it was only after we took our party from 17 to 13 that they tried to hurry and sit us down. if you are trying to go here just know they don’t put bigger parties as any type of priority or go by who came in first. they preach first come first serve but this wasn’t followed through. we also had a cake that we asked them to put in the freeze, when brought out it was obviously put in the fridge as it was melted since it was an ice cream cake. on another hand asked for a medium rare and steak came out well done. over all it wasn’t a very good experience.who ever is the manger or coordinator for this specific restaurant isn’t doing there job right.

Ordered to go and although it was ready fast and on time I arrived and parked in the spot and stayed in my car like the text said. After 10 minutes I called and asked them where my food was and was told they don't do curbside and I'd have to come to the pick up window. They apparently have been trying to fix this "problem". Considering you are aware of this why not call people that text they are there and let them know they have to go to the window, just a common sense thought for y'all. Got home with our now cold food, cut into our steak and it was raw. I ordered it medium because I am pregnant and like it more cooked than normal. It was also flavorless and 60% fat. I should not have to cook and season my own food. All our other food was fine, just cold. I will definitely be driving the extra 35 minutes to Mansfield Texas Roadhouse because it s 1000x better.

My husband and I went here for the first time together on Sunday! It was amazing. Service was top notch, food was great, and atmosphere was crowded, but somehow not all at once.The only thing I have to complain about is the tables are FAR too small to hold multiple plates of food, and the booths barely held my plus sized bum. I am not even that big either, so that kinda was not great.Oh well ?Everything else was great though. ??

Texas Roadhouse is and has always been a go to for affordable family dinner, with prime meats to pick from. Us Texans love a good steak combined with drinks and grate atmosphere equals a good time. Love this place it was me and my now wife's first date, maybe it sealed the deal!

Absolutely my husband and I's go to place we go simply because the service we receive from Micheal, and their food at this location is so good and they are quick.
First five minutes Gabby at the front counter could of told me there was no seats at the bar and when I come back to her she take three orders in front of me and act as I was not there ?️ than I had to ask the next cashier to help me out which she did but for her Gabby get off the front counter made me feels some type of way… The appetizers is on point service is great at this point we just receive somebody else’s food at our table we sent it back

need a better steak cook in the kitchen was not impressed the temp was wrong on my steak i wanted med rare got med my son's steak wasn't the temp he wanted he wanted med and got med rare not sure if it was to busy for the cook but the cook should be more expirinced but everything else was great our server was awesome would have gave more stars but the steak killed it and road house is known for great steaks

Man.. I love this place. If you haven't tried the road kill I highly recommend it. It's my favorite. It is sooo good! I know it sounds gross but it's the best!! I always get salad and green beans. The salad is so fresh and delicious. The green beans are also delicious. I've been there 3 times and that's the only thing I've ordered. The service has been great. The atmosphere is pretty good. (Music is a little loud for me.) The road kill is The Best!!! I can't wait to go back!!!
