*** I have replied to your email that was conveniently sent after I posted this review in email because I think responding here would be unprofessional. I don’t think a phone call would be appropriate either as I like to keep written records.I had thoughtful creations cater my wedding in November. The owner called me the day before to let me know she had taken another wedding so she wasn’t going to be able to make mine and that she would be sending her husband and best servers to help me. I was fine with that. Reception started at 4 and they were supposed to arrive at 3 to set up. No one arrived until 415! Which left my bridesmaids to serve drinks to guests. They did not set up and outside bar for cocktail hour but that didn’t matter anyway since by the time they did set up cocktail hour was over with. The owners husband was so rude to not only my guests but my husband and myself. No one cleaned off tables during dinner or refilled any drinks. Probably because they didn’t bring pitchers. They left the venue without having someone stay to take back all the rented table cloths which meant me and my husband had to go back the next morning clear every table of all the trash to get the table cloths off then take them back to her house. On top of that all the left overs were left out! Uncovered and not put in the fridge. I have tried to contact the owner multiple times about getting some of my money back but she is ghosting me. Would NOT recommend.

They catered our daughter’s wedding for 175 guests. The food was amazing and the Smokey queso was out of his world; guest favorite!! Would highly recommend.
