My order was completed quickly, and I was in and out!A friend and I enjoyed the Sunrise Smoothie (not the Sunshine Smoothie) with added lime, and it was great! The Sunrise is definitely a go-to for me especially because it’s so refreshing for sunny and hot days ⛱️?️. I also recommend it for anyone who is checking out Tropical Smoothie for the first time and needs a suggestion.
My $8 smoothie tasted like water and nothing else. The cashier's weren't very pleasant either didn't even greet us when we walked in although she did say have a good night

Beware that if you order a premium side with your meal, that they will charge you the "al a carte" price of $1.79 for it. The regular side that comes with the Flatbread is $1.49, thus the upcharge should be $.30.I tried to explain that to the girl, but we kept going in circles that she had to charge me more for a different side, she didn't seem to understand what "al a carte" means.....

When I came in to the cafe there were two employees who basically ignored me. It wasn't till a nice lady in glasses approached the counter to take my order then she made my entire meal by herself while the other two employees were not doing anything. I found this very disrespectful to the nice woman who was helping me.

Food is delicous, but service could defiently improve. Came in on Saturday at 8:24 p.m. to place a to-go order (they close at 9). They had half the lights off, open sign was off and clearly the 3 female workers there did not want any customers. Rude service, not a single a smile and when I told them "thank you" as they handed me my food, they lady didn't even respond and then I saw she had earbuds on. It definitely doesn't feel good to be treated as an "annoyance" when I'm just trying to order some good food.

Customer service is horrible. The worker who was taking my order was rude. The smoothie was watered down. First time at this location and won’t be going back. She didn’t even give me receipt. My friend and i came in at 8:30pm a little towards closing but there is no need to be rude.
Super disappointing visit. I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe! I paid with my card and tipped 15% for my Paradise Point smoothie, chicken bacon, and ranch flatbread and chips. Neither the cashier, the girl who handed me my drink, or the guy who handed me my food said thank you! They weren't even busy and seemed like nice enough people. I just can't believe they don't have the courtesy to thank their patrons! This will be the last time I tip. What a waste!

The smoothies are fantastic and larger than I expected. We got a chipotle chicken flatbread and it was surprisingly really good! Definitely going back.

My husband would love to live here ? we go way more than we should. Important trick, the smoothies made with yogurt are sweeter! My favorite is Bahama Mama. My husband loves Mocha Madness.

My wife and I ate there. We really liked it. Something was in her smoothie that was sharp that fit through the straw and scratched her esophagus causing a week of discomfort. Reported it to the store. The owner etc. no response, not acknowledgment. Nothing. Poor business. Unsafe and unprofessional. Won’t be back. Proudly posting a negative review. Maybe they will acknowledge something.

Made an online order and was left underwhelmed. I've ordered from here in the past, but this was the first time I was let down. The salads were lacking. They only filled half the bowl and came with no dressing. The salads I've previously ordered filled the bowl so I was quite surprised when I got my order this time.
