today is December 6, 2023 at 12:15 PM. I came to this location to eat a Philly cheese sandwich and french fries and drink a Coke. It was $15. The Philly cheese sandwich was very small and the meat was dried out and it had a weird taste to it. I don’t know if it was a seasoning or wet and the french fries were kind of yellowish and they put too much pepper on the fries, it was not worth the $15 that I paid but they were very nice. It’s two Hispanic ladies that work there. They serve breakfast from 6 o’clock in the morning until 10 and then they start lunch and they close early.

When I started going to Westfork Grill I really enjoyed the convenience and the pricing, I also enjoyed ny interactions with Maria, unfortunately she is the only person I enjoy interacting with the other lady is rude and her customer service skills are less than desiraable. On Tuesday I went there to get some lunch and there was a sign on the door she said they were closing at 2:00pm b/c of the weather it was 1:10 pm when I arrived the grill was off she said I could only buy chips and a soda I have tried on many occassions to call in an order and end up walking over there b/c no one answers the phone, and yes the fact that they do not wear gloves is unsanitary. Don't think I will continue to do business there.

Horrible customer service! I will not be coming back the cook was very rude. I requested a quesadilla with no chicken and he questioned why I wanted a quesadilla with no chicken and was very unprofessional and a smart mouth about my order! I decided to not order anything and he said "I don't read minds lady"

The place is 7:30am to 4pm. The cook cleans the grill at 2pm and others in this building have different lunches. The cooks responses in a attitude that you can go complain to the boss, he doesn't pay him to stay longer and so he only works his 8 hours. Yet there's no sign on the door the they stop serving at at 1:30 then change the sign on the door or throw in the towel. The cook does this repeatedly with an attitude and suggests a salad for a customer because he doesn't want to cook. Then what's the purpose to have it open.

Then what's the purpose to have it open!

The food is really good. The personnel's habits are a little less than professional. Since it has opened this month there are several concerns: 1. One of the female cashiers wears very, very low cut clothing which is offensive to many. 2. There is also a male cashier that has a large wound on his left arm with scabbing over some of it. It should have been covered at work. 3. Several of the servers used their bare hands to make a salad or put bacon on a sandwich. We have had to remind them on several occasions to wear gloves.
