Absolutely unacceptable service here. The manager, “Kenzie”, decided to intentionally repeat my order back several times in the drive thru. Then after there was no question what I wanted she decided to try and argue rather than proceed with the transaction. She doesn’t want any business and is costing this place money. I’d let her go.

The food was fresh. Had a pick up order and I had 4 different people ask if I was being helped and for my name so they were clearly trying to help me find my order. Went in at 11pm and there were many homeless people in there which unfortunately left the place smelling very bad so we chose to eat in the car, no biggie.

Horrible service. Horrible management. We waited twenty-five minutes for our food and finally just asked for a refund. The manager on duty was very rude and began yelling at my husband. He didn't have on a name badge, so my husband asked his name and he refused to give it. His replay was, "Manager on duty is all you need to know"! Needless to say, we won't go back...ever!************Update 4/25/24Tried it again. My husband's burger wasn't done all the way. Fries were cold.

I made an online order to pick up. I ordered the new steakhouse burger. The left off the bacon ? I ordered onion rings, they gave me fries. I had to fix my own drink and there was no UNsweet tea ( I mix it with half lemonade) what they gave me tasted ok, but I had a specific order for a reason!!
