Visiting for the eclipse, and our group was excited to try some special fast food ( we don’t have Whataburger at home).The food was great. But Martha ABSOLUTELY made our experience!!! She made sure we knew about the special sauces and even took the time to go over menu items and tell us what they had special here. We will come back again this visit just to see her

Yesterday January 31 11:59 p.m Order 553371Cashier: HaKeem JTerrible attention from this guy...he answered angrily, I think why it was a shift change, I bought 5 hamburgers and some Extra fries and he didn't give me the fries and if I charge them for the horrible hamburgers, all cold, it seems like they didn't even heat them...the soft drinks didn't What they served had no flavor and was pure ice. My anger is not so much the potatoes that I paid too much...you get used to your mistakes...but the terrible attitude of Moreno Hakeem J.

Worst service I have ever seen. Laziness is rampant. Just look behind the counter, not hard to understand why. Just go a few miles down the road if you want anything resembling food.

Very slow drive-thru. Orders are not consistently accurate.
Went there with my friend Donna yesterday. And service was not at all what it should have been. Cashier was rude. Another worker, she was snappy with me. Customers were loud and using bad language while they're eating they look like they were homeless. Overall this experience was not what we expected when we came here for.

We stopped by hear on the way out of town. Normally this place is pretty fast and friendly. Well today there was this very unpleasant girl they had at the front register inside. Didn't say hello, asked what do want. This was at about 630 in the morning. I understand that she might have been tired but there was no reason for how she acted towards our group of 5 making 2 seperate orders. So we waited about 20 minutes. The people who ordered after us got there food and one of the cooks or managers realized we were missing food. So I showed him our ticket and went back there and made our food right away. The guy that brought out our food was very nice and apologetic. Even gave us an extra cinnamon role because of how long we waited for our food. The fries we ordered were just ok. Like they had been sitting there for a little. The taquitos we ordered were also not as fool as I normally get but at least we finally got our food. I'm giving 3 stars because of how nice the guy was that brought out our food. I would have given it a one if it hadn't been for him. That girl they have working the front desk needs to check her attitude because the other women I'm use to seeing is bubbly and super nice. I waa shocked that management would allow someone with her attitude to be in front of people.

Stopped by to get dinner (while on quick vacay through ft. Worth) and the vibe was good! We were greeted by a sweet young lady as soon as we walked in. The food was hot and fresh! The restaurant was clean and friendly staff. Definitely will come back! 10/10 All the way from Midland!

This is my go-to for late night food, not just b/c they're the only ones open, I specifically go to this location. Yes, it's late, they take a while, but they have the food order right! And if Sam is working the window, you're gonna get great service, even at 2am.
