The views here are good, that's it. Service is non existent as the "servers" hang out at the bar and chat with their buddies. We were here over 45 minutes without a single server speaking to us. To get a drink you have to go to the bar and interrupt their chat, and then you get an amateur bartender that is clueless on making a drink. We had two very basic drinks that cost $38 and tasted terrible. Its sad because the location has a ton of potential. They would make a fortune if they had friendly servers taking orders and delivering drinks and bartenders that could make a good drink.

Absolutely amazing! Great hospitality and vibe! The food to die for. However, I am from Florida and it's rare to find a good steak house that can measure up. Out of the handful of classy steakhouses I've been too throughout the nation, I'd definitely say this at the top of my list, if not #1! Things that you have to absolutely try, besides the steak, corn crème brûlée, Brussels sprouts and their daily chef specials. What is this you ask? A little clever something that the chef shared from the kitchen to make your experience that much better. Definitely recommend!!!

What an incredible experience! Come here for any celebration or a date night, and you won't regret it. The main restaurant is in the basement - what a great setting! To start, they welcome you with champagne and a chef's special amuse bouche (small bite). Then, you are treated to the fluffiest popovers you will ever taste! For an entree, every selection is amazing. I can attest that the sea bass, steak, lobster are all great! Finally, the dessert cannot be missed. Going for a birthday? You'll be treated to a confetti cake with cinnamon crunch in it! Highly recommend this place for the incredible service, outstanding food, and overall awesome ambiance!

Went there on a Thursday night and staff could not have been more attentive. Food delicious and very pleasantly surprised with a special sample from the chef.

So let's start off with it was something we really looked forward to doing and eating at while visiting Fort Worth. When arriving we sat in the bar area because our table down stairs only allowed 1 15 minutes which we knew wouldn't be enough time. Our server was fantastic, but the food was not nor was the staffing helping her. You have to put food in by seat numbers. Staff tried to point out she was wrong 5 times before I told them to shut up. Food came out 100% cold. Medium rare steak was purple, mashed potatoes and mushrooms were ice cold. Steak sauce home made is 110% gross. No regular tea. Water had cucumber. $289 for 2 people to not be happy with steaks.... No thanks I did contact the manager and my review will stay the same because they never responded.

One of my favorite Fort Worth restaurants. The vibes are perfect, menu is extensive but excellent. I recommend them over some of the other popular-run Fort Worth restaurants.

The staff and atmosphere were outstanding! From the appetizers to deserts, the food was delicious! Highlights were the Bone Marrow appetizer and the Tomahawk Steak we shared! Highly Recommend!

Great steaks and service! Make sure to check out the bar and the basement. Good place for business or a date.

My partner and I were guests at the hotel and since experiencing the hotel restaurant is absolutely our jam, we made reservations for 9:30 on Valentines Day. We arrived at 9:30 on the dot and were greeted by a nice gentleman. The restaurant was busy and after about a 15 wait we were taken downstairs. The restaurant is dimly lit and warm. I had requested a booth and was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort. Shortly thereafter we were greeted by our waiter Jacob. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The menu for the night was a special 3 course for $135 each. You could also do a wine pairing for $75. Since we received a complimentary glass of champagne upon seating and we knew we'd want to order different drinks, we skipped the wine pairing. I ordered Prosecco and my partner a Smoking Barrel. The first course was dressed raw oysters which came in a pair. I'm partial to grilled oysters but I will say I was pleasantly surprised by the lightness of them. Outside of the slight grittiness, they were good. For second course, I chose the carpaccio and my partner the burrata with tomatoes and grilled bread. Chef's kiss! For the third course, I opted for the petite filet and my partner the lamb chops. Both were amazing but the filet absolutely stole the show! For dessert, mango cream brûlée and strawberry olive oil cake; both incredible. We were both extremely happy with dinner, service and ambiance. Huge shout out to Jacob and John their hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

It's Dallas, so a great steakhouse is easy to find, right? Well, not always, but now there is Wicked Butcher! The welcome staff is vibrant and engaging. The complimentary bubbly on point. The cocktails were equally on point. Exceptional even. The overall atmosphere is a well thought balance between classic steak house and contemporary bistro. The music! One cannot say enough about the excellent playlist at just the right volume. Conversation was intimate without the need to yell across the table. Lighting is, again, very well thought. Not so dark as to need a flashlight, but no so bright as to diminish cosiness. The waitstaff was exemplary. Please, please request Blake. He was incredibly knowledgable and offered suggestions when asked. Never pushy and no attempt to "upsell." He was at hand just when you started to think you needed him and provided engaging conversation without being intrusive. A true serveur. The food. It is a restaurant after all. The food was lovely. Simply lovely. The crudo was some of the best all at our table have ever enjoyed. The tenderloin hummus made one guest literally drool. Oh, and the complimentary popovers. My oh my. Goodness me. No words. The rosemary butter with onion char was the perfect accompaniment. Caesar salad fans, sit down. The white truffle caesar is hands down the best version this side of, well, it's just the best. Order it. Make sure to split it, though. We shared one portion amongst 3 people and it was more than generous. The aged ribeye ranks up there among the best in Dallas for certain. Flavorful, well marbled, well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Make sure to try one of their sauces for something fun and different. The brûlée corn is a must order side for the table. Unless you're a heathen and don't like corn or creme brûlée. Then let the others with whom you're dining eat your share. It is that good. The only negative we encountered was the soufflé. With Rise No. 1 a short drive away, there is a solid competition in the soufflé world. Not a bad dessert, just not as wonderful as everything else. All-in-all a 10. Would recommend. Oh, and ask for Blake.

We came here for my birthday and had a very good meal. Firstly, the chef brought out a couple small bites for us to try since it was a special occasion. Both items were great. Our bone marrow to start was great as were the deviled eggs. My main course of surf and turf was delicious as well there are better steaks in the area but still is very good. They brought a delicious birthday cake out as well. We will come back to try again.

I was super excited to take my husband here for he's birthday as I've always thought it looked beautiful. The decor is modern, the ambience is great and the people on the hotel lobby level were super friendly and polite. We got taken downstairs to the larger area which was also pretty. Our server immediately told us they were running way behind on service so to get our orders in asap. It was Tuesday so I would hate to think what a weekend would be like. She brought out water, took drink and appetiser orders and brought out a little amuse-bouche from the chef which was a nice touch. They also brought out a glass of champagne for each of the guests as it was a birthday, another nice gesture which is how my review made it to a 4. Then it started to go down hill. They did give us complimentary pop over rolls which were great. To start We got the wicked eggs, great and the bone marrow, it was good but they put a lot of what tasted like pot roast on top which I think too away from the actual marrow, the bread was great though. Now for the steak. The whole table got steak. The 3 that got the 8oz fillet cooked medium said it was good and my hubby said the lobster tail was delicious. Myself and another got the bone in strip not the best. I asked for mine to be cooked medium/rare it came out well done. It took soooo long to come out I didn't want to send it back. I also ordered a $10 truffle butter which she brought out after I was done eating on a knife as a sliver, I was still charged $10 for less than a teaspoon amount I got after I ate. She also forgot our side of mac but brought it out whilst we were putting leftovers in to go boxes, frustrating. The other sides we received were yummy the spinach, potatoes and cauliflower were great the corn was interesting. They did also bring out a free birthday cake at the end which was lovely and it tasted so good. So the little touches that were unique helped the place hold onto my higher rating, but I wouldn't rush back when there's so many amazing steak places in Fort Worth. No

The restaurant manager was really rude. The cup of soup should be called a tea cup, and the flavor was sour. I couldn't eat it when I asked for the " manager" he or she refused to speak to me. I get better service and better food at a fast food joint. I will never go to the Sinclair hotel again because of this establishment
