Ordered online said to wait 16 to 20 minutes. Waited 20 minutes before heading to the restaurant. Once I got there the food wasn't ready. Then they put 5 orders ahead of mine. Had to wait an extra 50 minutes for them to finally make my order that should of been ready an hour before that.

Do they always make the delivery drivers get the customer’s soft drink by themselves? I’ve picked up from Timberland & Watauga wingstop. None of them made me do it. They always gave me the drinks first even before the food came out. I was in a rush & he just gave me two empty cups, and just standing there. It is acceptable if the store is busy but it was not. Apparently, I’m not the only delivery driver facing this issues. I used to work at a restaurant too. I never let a delivery driver do that kind of stuff! Y’all better fix this or every one will start avoiding to pick up from this store. It’s breaking every delivery service platform’s rules.

Ordered food on a Friday where traffic is expected on a late night. Waiting almost an hour. Got my wings and had to go back and get ranch since it was missing. Entire restaurant was packed with people waiting on their food. Workers seemed to be unfazed and too relaxed for the amount of people were waiting on food.This place is terribly managed and the workers seem to be indifferent to helping customers, or at least showing a little more enthusiasm. Having an open kitchen means people can see when you’re not rushing to help people. This location should still be able to function correctly handling this amount of traffic.
Came to grab some wings for lunch and Evelyn was super helpful getting me the most food for my money. Emma was killing it cooking everything while they were busy. And I've never seen such a clean kitchen in a busy restaurant but Steve was literally wiping every surface he used immediately after he used it. Love this location!!!

First of all, me and my buddy walked in and there were 6-7 workers sitting at the front counter talking about new years. Only one worker working. Ignored me for a good 4-6 minutes until I got to order my food. Food wasn’t too bad (a little cold) but it took them 25 minutes to serve 6 wings and 3 tenders. not to mention there were only 2 worker actually working on my food and the rest still at the counter talking about some random stuff. The workers showed no respect for the customers cussing and yelling at eachother. The restroom also smelt like a hot box. Unbelievable, y’all need to check this out and get it together. I would be satisfied with my money back at least or a free thing of wings. Unbelievable.

went in with mobile order. wanted a drink after that and asked them for one and he just stared at me and then went & got the manager and the manager said “are you r*tarded?” and then explained to him to just push the drink button and then a woman came in and both the employee & manager stopped what they were doing and went out from the counter to say hi to her. then eventually came back without saying anything and giving me the drink. overall the employees were so rude and disrespectful for no reason. they called eachother names and would completely disregard what we asked for/said. the food was undercooked and not great. the employees there looked miserable and the manager looked 14.
