Went to pick you my order and they said they needed 10 more minutes while my order sat ready .. horrible service, food, experience... this location definitely lost a customer.

We received our food and the bag was open when delivered by Doordash. The driver must have eaten him some fries. And WingStop had the nerve to only refund us $2.00. On a almost $60 bill. The $2.00 refund doesn't cover what he ate. Then he drove off real fast. (FOOL) I guarantee you this I'll go in the place the next time. If I ever order from them again !!! THE ENTIRE BAG WAS RIPPED OPEN !!! McPherson Area !!!???

This is now the second time I have gone to this location and received terrible food. My wings were drenched in grease. I practically only had 2 wings because my boneless wings were so crunchy and hard that I could barely taste the meat. They were like saucy rocks! My bone in wings were flats and they were indeed flat and fat with barely any meat or they were tough because they were undercooked! ! My fries were soggy and didn’t have seasoning. A bunch of kids cooking food who should be trained again. Don’t waste your time or money going here!! I want a refund! And when you call for a manger you get kids as well! SMH sickening! Literally! Just a few pics below of the puddles of grease.
New store in our neighborhood. 1st time we have tried it and our dinner was great. Flavors are very good and have a great taste to them. Love the fries too. The young staff working on Saturday night was awesome to watch as they worked as a team to get the busy dinner rush of online orders taken care of. Cudos to the staff. We will be back to this location.
