I ordered early as possible and it showed on the app as completed, but when I went to the store it was still being made and I had to wait an extra 6-7 minutes for my order and they still somehow messed it up on the fries with no cheese extra seasoning, this place really done went down hill.

Placed an order ahead of time since i don't have much time to spare for lunch. Drove 5-10 minutes to location. After i arrived there, they took their sweet time to finally ask if i was there to place an order. I told them i already placed an order. Took them 30 minutes to finish my order AFTER the time it took to drive there and wait for them to finally get to me at the counter. I placed the order before heading there, meaning they took 40+ minutes on a simple order, just to get it wrong. I ordered and paid for an 6 piece with a large ranch and buffalo ranch fries. They gave me regular fries and a small ranch. Their incompetence matches the level of terrible service and food you'll find anywhere else in Lake Worth. Absolutely disgusting

These people need to start reading the orders online, I just got a delivery with partial order wrong, this is the 2nd and last chance I gave them. They don't answer the phone. Next time instead a delivery from here i will drive to another location.
Always place an order online says 25 minutes and it takes them over an hour. Super inconvenient and hard to time to get fresh food. Overall they just are not a good place to order from. They put out bags of food out and never call the name. You have to be waiting in line to see the names. None of it makes sense.

I was there for an hour and 15 minutes and never got my food. When they were doing the refund, they couldn't figure out how to do it and took them another 15 minutes to figure that out. Other customers were in there complaining and waiting for their food, some even longer than we have been waiting. When we asked for our food, they acted surprised and try to make our food as quickly as possible but we insisted for a refund and left.
