The night crew is terrible they always have a attitude they never get your order right I paid a whole extra dollar and some change to get all flats and what did I get the biggest legs that they have it ridiculous I will never spend money with this location again

The young lady at the front counter Was awfully rude.Unknown name protected by Cesar The store manager as I was told. Waited patiently While she took 3 orders.As, I'm a Dasher. Being ignored the entire time. She finally made her way to the pick up online.And help the young man next to me. I waited till she was done with him and I asked for my order. She rolled her eyes and went back to her register and took another order as I stood and waited patiently. Again! The order taken was complete. She immediately walked to the rack with the waiting orders of 5 or 6. And grabbed the name I asked for it had been sitting there the whole time. She held the order for me and asked me multiple times to confirm my order which I had already did. Stating this to her over and over again. As she held the order from me, please run back the cameras and audio.This is very unacceptable. I asked to speak to the manager and Caesar immediately took up for her. I have never experienced this kind of customer service.

Food is good but the place is nasty 11:00 a.m. The floor has not been mopped The counter has old cup rings stains ,Coke machine was dirty has not been wiped down I could tell because there was a roach on the machine , finding a new place to get wings now.

Poor experience this is our local wing stop they only hit the mark 2 times out of 10 fries cold (asked for extra seasoning) no seasoning, voodoo fries.. terrible and most importantly the wings we begged for extra seasoning for our Louisiana rub and got literally a pinch what makes it worse we asked for our food a certain way and reminded the young lady about our previous experience and yet again mediocre food and that’s being nice

Naomi at the counter was rude. I asked for her to speak up, but she was too busy chewing her gum with her mouth open and rolling her eyes to pay attention. Got my order wrong, but searched thru her stack of receipts to verify. Even though I offered mine to verify. She does not belong in the food service industry.Also watched both the girls working touching food without gloves after touching their hair and multi other things. I will not be back.
They deliver through a third party, so I don’t understand why they have the option through the website. This location has went downhill. They are simply horrible!! The food was cold, soggy and thoroughly disgusting!! Zoom past this location!! If no stars was an option, that would be it!!

Ordered from here through doordash. Ordered a 6 piece with 3 boneless bbq and 3 lemon pepper. They gave me fried boneless crust. No chicken in the boneless wings. Lemon pepper were cold. Bad experience!!!
