Genuine smokehouse BBQ place. Food was excellent, both mains and sides. The brisket was especially good with a tasty rub on the outside and a really nice smoky flavor throughout. Service was just OK, we felt a bit abandoned after the food arrived and finally had to ask another server for a check, and there were only half a dozen tables occupied at the time. Really nice vibe....but waitress had zero personality or interest in serving her patrons. Waited over 30 minutes to get seated...another 30 minutes to get waited on...and an additional 60 minutes to receive our order. Very disappointed.

Had a good lunch here. Tried the fried chicken skin (could have used some salt before putting it in the fryer). Smoked Whitefish pate. Woodshed burger and fried chicken sandwich...all good. They change the sausage meat daily.
