Still shows they are open on the website but every time we’ve gone they have been closed.

UPDATE MONDAY 9/20: I wanted to give them another chance. I called today just make sure they were open before I drove all the way over there. The phone rang and rang at 5pm and no one answered. I called multiple times before finally giving up and visiting Chicken Salad Chick instead.Closed at 5pm on a Saturday. No mention of it on their website. We drive there and all they have is a messy handwritten sign taped to the door. Last time I'm visiting this location.

Ordered online for curbside pickup called multiple times and no answer and walked in the young lady was on her phone never acknowledged me. Kitchen workers were gone. Bad service.

I crave the Chicken Salad and Fruit plate. Unfortunately this restaurant has been a disaster lately. There is no consistency despite me ordering the exact same thing every single time. They are closed during normal business hours. The credit card machine isn't working. They are out of menu staples. I give up.

We go to Zoe's in Alliance in Fort Worth and love their food, when they have it. They have had many issues over the past six months. Their drink machine was down for weeks, they have been out of chicken and today they had an entire list of veggies and other food items they were out of, and the ladies room was out of soap. Must be having financial issues or managerial problems. We are getting ready to write them off as one of our standard dining places.

Arrived tonight Sept 4. Team had a long list of items, mostly staples, that were not available for whatever reason. Thought ok we will try hard to order something else and stick it out. Before we could even get the first pick out we were then told we better have cash ready because the register might not run our card and malfunction while trying. Not sure what happened at this location but looks to be poorly managed. We kindly informed the counter agent that we were going to find somewhere else to eat. Sad outcome after a previous decent visit.

Love Zoe's but will say the costumer service is sub-par. I should've be surprised as I think it's a dying act. They were out of a lot of food today (a list at least 10 long) and when asked to make a request due to an allergy, understanding they would just do their best the cashier was not willing to even try. I wanted no carrots in my roasted veggies. I know it's premixed but also know they can tone a little time and care to get the majority of the other veggies and try and pick around the carrots. They need to train their employees to say "We will do our best to accommodate that request", pretty simple.

Usually pretty consistent. Could be cleaner.

I love Zoe’s and wanted to order thru DoorDash I have a young baby and leaving the house just to pick up some food is a whole chore. I typically order the steak kabobs which are around $11 in store but on the door dash menu they’re almost $16. That’s insane for 8 pieces of steak and 2 small sides. I used to work for the watauga location as a manager so I know how the food is made and where it comes from. Super disappointing.

Okay people leaving bad reviews nowadays have to know they are judging it on a place short staffed and overworked. I get that it is not satisfying but these people try their hardest. Sherita is a prime example but she still doesn't ever give up and she still is happy toward customers.

We were so excited to get to try this restaurant Alliance location. We ordered the hummus and pita which was yummy. I looked over and there was a roach scurrying across the floor which was disturbing. We got our entree and the falafel was cooked on the outside and completely raw on the inside. The employees seemed like they hated working there and wanted to be any where else then there. We started feeling sick a while after eating. Will not be going back.

Worst dinning experience in Texas,no ice,no Drinks,Avocado smash was rotten and super salty, was unedable. Also was told it would be a 15 min wait and food actually took 40 mins which is unacceptable when ordering 2 salads and a sandwich.Food was just ok,wasn't the same as usual

Let me start by saying we have been a fan of Zoe's for a long time. We met friends at this location last week and decided we will never come back. We were one of 2 tables in the restaurant. Our meals arrived one at a time about 5-10 minutes apart. The last remaining meal took about 45 minutes to get to our table and when I checked on it the staff curtly told me "we're working on it" - no apology, just bad vibes. When the last meal finally arrived I thought there would be an apology or some effort to make it right. Nope - no words and no effort made. I know restaurants are having a hard time with staffing, but our experience speaks to poor training or poor store management. Sorry to see this happen here.

They are very short staffed but the manager (short blonde lady) was incredibly sweet and was working so hard. Even though our food took a bit of time, when it did come out, it was delicious. Mainly wanted to comment on the super nice manager.
