My son and I were in Franklin for a baseball tournament and we visited Madeline's the night before for a fantastic home cooked meal. The food was delicious, the restaurant was very clean, and the service was fantastic. We tried Madeline's despite being a very new restaurant and not having any yelp reviews and we were very happy we did. My son had the seared chicken with balsamic vinegar served over a pasta with a honey whiskey sauce and I had the hamburger steak with green beans and mashed potatoes. Both plates were freshly prepared and with generous helpings. We look forward to visiting again next time we are in Franklin.

My family and I just moved into the area and were blessed to happen upon Madeline’s Table. We couldn’t have had a better first dinner in Franklin. The food was amazing and the friendliness of chef Rena and her family really made us feel welcome. We enjoyed juicy burgers, creamy shrimp and grits, an elevated chicken spaghetti, and chef Rena whipped up a special Italian pasta dish for our daughter. We rounded off dinner with a bourbon pecan bread pudding and the most amazing banana pudding ever made.Madeline’s Table is a must try if your anywhere in the Franklin area.

If your coming into Franklin to stay at the campsite or just passing through on a weekend I highly recommend making the stop. The food was so flavorful and delicious! We had the sliced roasted chicken, pasta with chicken (in a whiskey sauce) a Voss cattle burger and banana pudding! Family run and staffed! Great experience and loved that the owner came out and talked about her food… that tells me she loves what she does.

If you’re in Franklin for the weekend, you MUST come here!!! The food is made fresh from scratch and DELICIOUS!!! The owner/operator and her family and the atmosphere are super friendly as well. Don’t waste your money or calories anywhere else.I had the privilege of trying her fantastic raspberry chipotle meatloaf and my husband got the best, most flavorful, freshest shrimp and grits of our lives. I also had the banana pudding for dessert. It was amazing and more of a light, whipped consistency like a mousse still with all of the flavor. They offer rotating dishes and specials, so visit with an open mind.
