Run don’t walk to Eakers first thing! One of the best in all of TX. Anything with their homemade gochujang sauce is amazing. The smoked turkey is moist and flavorful. Leave enough room for the boozy banana pudding. You won’t be disappointed.
Truly Deserves its place in the top 50 TM BBQs. The briskets and the boudin are delicious, you have to try the Gochujang ribs and the Kimchi. Be ready for a wait in line though as this place is understandably very popular.

Everything was absolutely delicious from the gochujang pork belly burnt ends, the melt-in-your-mouth brisket, the mac & cheese, and the kimchi fried rice. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Fredericksburg! Be warned that the lines get long, so come early!
