Traveling through town and thought we would try this place out. We sat at the bar and the bartender Pat took great care of us. We got the calamari and the black bean hummus and they were both awesome! The drinks were great and you could tell Pat cared about how he made his drinks. Look forward to stopping by again when driving through.

I mean it's a bar at a mall so... Quick tip if you sit at the bar sit on the side that has more people to get excellent service. Fairly priced drinks.

We went there late at night. 3 women and 1 man. We are Seafarers! and travel too many countries around the world. Our port this time is Houston ! It was the first time in my life that I came to this beautiful country. This bar is the first place I step into... First of all, we were asked about our passport, but we carry documents called short-pass and a photocopy of our passport. Because we are Seafarers! None of the countries we visit will ask us for a visa! No country's law enforcement forces ask us for an original passport ! Let's see what happened in this bar: Because of my reaction after being asked for the original passport, it was taken completely personally and we were sent away from there. Even though I persistently showed him(waiter) the short-pass and passport photocopy given to us by the United States, the waiter did not serve us. Because THEY DON'T KNOW ABOUT AN EXCEPTIONAL LAW ! Many of our seafarer friends went there, but when we went, the treatment was quite bad. Thoroughly understand your country's rules and regulations regarding Seafarers. My advice! They know that many seafarers go there. This terrible attitude towards us is only because of my reaction when they asked what THEY HAD NO AUTHORITY to ask. This is very personal and unprofessional, rude, unethical...I have never been subjected to such terrible and unfair attitudes by a waiter in any country I have visited, from east to west, from north to south in the world..

Every time I come to bar Louie either Friendswood or sugar land the service is extremely horrible. I come in and sit down at 5:30pm so many staff members walk past me and don’t acknowledge me at all. I have to get up, go inside and find someone to help me every time.

First time coming here, I did have trouble finding the door but oh my god, this place is good, and their drink “effen good” almost had me wanting seconds. The service was amazing, if I could I would leave ten stars, I would definitely be telling folks about this place!

My family and I always come to bar Louie but this one time we came the other wings where overcooked and the service was non personable and Chased my husband down and accused him of not paying the bill . Her name is Theresa and we did pay bill we downloaded app Inkind app to pay the bill and it took money out our account remind you this is something that they recommend for you to try the app to save a certain amount by paying a certain amount I’ve never had problems before and I always come to this location and every now and then sugarland location . It was embarrassing and very unprofessional I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service and I overheard the manager on duty he was male and the server Theresa discussing my bill as I came back from the bathroom smh they need to be stopped saying it was my type of payment which still went through. The only upside is it was a nice day and some of the food was good other than that it was a terrible experience for my family and I . Which we only have our self to blame because we usually always go with Gabby who wasn’t on duty at the time . But we’ll know for next time. Please reconsider before downloading that inkind app and letting Theresa be your server .
