Do not order the chicken!It’s extremely chewy and stringy, similar to gristle!I ordered the “New” chicken bacon ranch sandwich, I tried to eat it, thinking it was just a bad bite or two….But Nooooo, it was the entire chicken breast!Horrible! My 2 cents is that it’s FAKE chicken.I’m so sick and tired of these companies that we grew up on drastically altering their menus, I spent $18.06 for the sandwich, fries and a drink.What a waste….

Came in here after a night shift and just wanted to relax and finally eat something. Our server was an absolute wonder. He gave wonderful recommendations, was very informative, and had a great attitude. The manager on the other hand was absolutely horrendous. Loudly and rudely asked our server to wipe the table down even though he already did. Was bad mouthing our server right in front of us, AND THEN WALKED OUT. What manager leaves a restaurant with staff here at 3 am?? What if something happens, what if they need something? This was absolutely ridiculous. Poor excuse of a manager. Her name is Liz, and she needs to be fired. Will definitely be calling the corporate office.
usually, the service here is satisfactory. it was absolutely HORRID. it’s not busy whatsoever anf me and my boyfriend wanted to order two veggie burgers. we proceed to order, i say can we get a veggie burger no cheese no mayo. he goes “can you please slow down.” not a complicated order but okay. i talk as slow as i can. then he proceeds to say we have to order off main menu with the specialty burger etc. , not a build your own option or even a modified cheese burger. . i repeat everything understandably. then AN HOUR later, our burgers came and it was COMPLETELY WRONG. who the hell gets a veggie burger and wants bacon JEEZ.then at checkout. they only took off 3 dollars off the entire order, and proceed to tell me i should of got a regular cheeseburger modified. LOL. MISSY WE TRIED. what is so difficult about wanting a veggie patty? and what is taking an hour to cook it? absolutely horrid service and horrid attitude, will not be coming here again!Vegetarian options: veggie patty
