This place was really good! I was here yesterday, just walking by trying to decide where in the food court to eat. One of the employees called me over to give me a free sample of a cheesesteak. It was extremely good. So I ended up ordering lunch from here. I interacted with the three employees that were there, and they were all extremely professional and polite. Every step of the way they asked me questions to ensure my order was made just the way I wanted it. When asked if I wanted fries with my order, I said yes. I wasn't expecting that they would make them fresh just for my order. At the end of the preparation of the cheesesteak, they put it on a press to toast it. When they removed it from the press, a few small pieces of steak were left behind, and they took the time to make sure and get each last one and put it on my plate. I am really shocked and amazed that such incredible service and food are still available today, and in a mall food court no less. They have other food besides cheesesteaks, so if you're in the Baybrook Mall and can't decide what to eat, do yourself a favour and stop by!

The philly cheese steaks are perfect every time made to order.Wheelchair accessibility: Its in a mall food court so if you can make it to the mall you should have no problem getting to the food court once in the food court it might be difficult to maneuver around chairs though

I would never eat at this location atBay-brook Mall . This place is nasty, if you look carefully you can see small roaches behind countertop where the food is located, they also use the same gloves over and over touching everything else. They are also rude. When I mentioned the reach to him he got mad at me told me go eat at your home. I would never eat here .

I have eaten so many times that I have lost count. Everything is great, salads, wraps, and they make one of the best cheese steaks ever. The Greek salad with extra gyro meat is my go to salad. If you are in the mall stop by, you won’t regret it. You will always have spectacular customer service.
