They carry a huge variety and the best part is that every brand they carry, is the very best in the respective category. The owner, Mike, is very helpful and very knowledgeable. The food the make in their kitchen is awesome. Although you can go anytime but Mike also meets with an appointment where he spends couple of hours to formulate a tailored plan for that positive change towards a healthy and happy life.

They have good food and products, and the customer service is usually good as well. Unfortunately, they are so so so slow with the food. I've waited almost an hour for a club sandwich and a smoothie. I got there at 4:17, left at 5:13. I was the only one there and had been the whole time. I don't understand how it can take so long. It's very frustrating and I don't think I'll be returning because of this.

This is the place to go if you truly want to be healthy holistically as well as enjoy great all natural lunches. The owner is incredibly helpful and even waited for me to get to his place when he was closing and stayed more than an hour to answer questions and educate me which led to my partner getting better within 3 days from Covid when he was very close to having to be hospitalized. We will always be so grateful!

I called in a lunch order for my family and picked it up. The service was quick-they picked up the phone right away. We ordered tuna sandwiches with fruit cups and the borscht soup was tasty. I recommend this cafe. I feel it's a little pricey for the portion size, but considering it's organic-which is hard to find it the area-it's worth it for our health.
