I didn't even realize we had one of these so close to my home. They try to be stingy with the toppings, I wouldn't recommend a online pickup. The balsamic looked like brown gravy, wasn't impressed with it. The pesto chicken was dry. The veggies seemed fresh

Even after the manger said bread comes with every salad they still manage to not give me any or try to charge me. Maybe I'm the one wrong...??‍♂️

Manager was rude. I politely let the server know that he did not put the full scoop of dressing on my salad and requested that he add just a tad more so that my salad would not be dry.The manager insisted that I would be charged for additional salad dressing. I tried to explain that I was not asking for an extra scoop only for the standard amount. She would not allow me to share my concerns and begin talking over me.To avoid the unnecessary conflict I paid the $15 and sat to eat my dry salad.I completely understand following company rules regarding portion control, however I wasn't requesting anything extra and most importantly would have appreciated simply being heard as a loyal customer. It seems she valued a tablespoon of salad dressing over quality customer service.

This location is closest to me, but I still prefer the one on NASA Parkway. This particular location doesn’t give good portions and still expect to charge the same price as anywhere else. Completely ridiculous.

Delicious salads, poor service. Would I go back? Yes, only for the salads. Now imagine how much better it would be if the service was as good as the salads.

I have been for numerous different salata in houston and surrounding areas, and this is the first time I went to one that "rationed" the food. When I asked for pasta, instead of a scoop, she put 3 pieces of pasta individually and struggled to limit how much she put in. When I asked for cheese, they pick It up, dumped half of out and then gave me the other half. I asked for blue berries. 1 scoop = 4 blue berries, rest were put back. 1 scope of broccoli was 3 individual small broccoli. 1 scope of jalopeno slices was 3. She put It back more than half when she picked up a whole proper handful. Every thing I added was rationed to the smallest amount ever possible. I almost laughed. For a 10$ salad here, I ended up with mostly lettuce and barely any veggies. I'm never going to this one again. It's not worth your 10$. I don't know if they ration It because they don't make a lot of money. But I've never been to a salata that did this. Every employee rationed the toppings and then I've witnessed them give attitude when you ask for a proper scoop. Save your money and go to the salata down the road. This is my second time coming here and they rationed the toppings. This time they needed a reminder to give the pita chips. They will "forget" to put It in the bag which happened last time. I've never been at a salata like this and I won't come back. By the way they ration the toppings, I bet they never have to restock for the whole day.

Overpriced salad that's not all that great and has way too much dressing (and not healthy).

I still love this place. We dont visit them as often as we would like but if and when we do, its delicous.I usually end up getting their kids meal, which is smaller portions, but equally delicious.

My First & Last Visit To Salata :Specialty Ceasar Salad Was Not Good.Had To Pay $1 Extra For Additional Dressing Which Wasn't Very Good. The Service Was Terrible At 4:30PM With No Customers In The Place. The Two Visible Employees Were Taking Their Time Making To Go Orders; I Was Not Even Acknowledged,And I Waited About 5 Minutes Before They Finally Acknowledged Me And Told Me I Had To Wait About 5 MoreMinutes Before They Could Prepare My Salad. The Ambiance Was The Overwhelming Smell Of Bleach Which Would Have Made Anything I Ordered Not Taste Very Good. Decor Stark White Walls And Most Basic Of Table & Chairs.Basically, NO "THERE" There.Dining Room Is Way Too Big For ATo-Go Salad Bar Where You Get Only Limited Amounts Of What Is AvailableBecause The Have Set Amounts And You Only Get The Amount They Serve Up. I Think If You Wanted "Seconds" Of Anything I'm Pretty Sure You Would Have To Wait In Line Again; And, PAY Again !I've Been Eating Out Most Of My Adult Life And Have Tried Many Restaurants To See If They Are Good Enough For My Casual Or Fine Dining Requirements.Salata Is A Definite "NO" For Me.I Think They Need A Good Independent 3rd Party "Undercover Boss" And A Bunch Of Undercover Customers To Frequent The Place Numerous Times At All Hours And Report To Management And Owner(s) What John & Jane Q. Public Think About Being A Regular Sit Down Repeat Customer. In My Business Opinion Having Dined There By Myself for 45 Minutes With Only Pickup And No Other DinIng Customers Is: They Should Be Inside The Mall's Food Court Where They Wouldn't Have To Have Their Own Dining Room Or Furniture, Have A Good Steady Walkup Shopper Customer Base For Their Kind Of Food, And KeepIn To-Go-Orders For Curbside Pick Up Via Ferrier Employee From Inside To Outside.
