This location probably had by far the best customer service I’ve had at any other location.I sadly got terrible food poisoning from this location though. Was sick for almost 3 days. So that is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5.

The sandwiches are always good when we get them. But......dealing the Schlotzsky Nazi is nearly unbearable. An older woman who apparently is handicapped as she always sets in a roll around chair but she has to be the rudest food service employee I have ever dealt with. She is impatient and just flat out rude. You can tell her Thank you and you will get glared at. We didn't go back for almost a year and low and behold the NAZI is still alive and well. Snakes tippy toe in that joint. We are done with that Witch. Hate cause it is the closest one to us but dealing with her is not worth it.

This specific location was dirty and not well maintained. From the bathrooms to the tables. I love scholotzskys sandwich but I've given this location two chances and each time it's been dirty. Dirty floors table and restrooms. Doesn't male me feel comfortable with how the back may be kept. Unfortunately I will be returning and will be looking for another location to try.

Order to go from drive-through. Bread was dry and also burned in several places. There were several dark brown pieces on the sandwich and loose in the paper sandwich wrapping which appeared to be pieces of burned bread break-offs but when some of these crumbs were picked up from falling on the floor after unwrapping and completing my meal among them that fell on the floor was a smashed dried small roach. I was already too far away to return the wrapping and dead critter to the place of purchase for refund.
A really good go to local place in friendswood for sandwiches, pizzas and salads. So their namesake reputation is for sandwiches, original deluxe is my favorite. Has tons of extra meats . But the pizzas don't get enough attention. They are really good and loaded with items . They are lower price versus a pizza chain and in my opinion just as good . Salads are always fresh also. Give them a try , you will enjoy whatever you are hungry for

Got there about five minutes before they closed (yeah, one of those guys this time) and was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile when I got to the window. Heather was friendly and a pleasure to meet. My sandwich was hot and delicious with some bussin Cinnabon’s I enjoyed later. This is my new favorite sandwich shop! Highly recommend!

The lady at the window had a very bad attitude,maybe because it was closing time, order 2 big pastrami Swizz sandwiches ask for pickles and gave only one. I noticed when I was already at the house. ????

I usually don't eat fast food but I was between drs appts and thought I would try schlotzsky's. The food was so fresh and the sourdough was perfect. I thought I was back in NY at a deli where they made it when you ordered... Thank you for the experience! I will try to get my grandchildren to come here.
