Another visit to Starbucks!On this visit I tried the pomegranate lemonade tea. The drink was made to my liking as always. The location is prime literally on a corner, centered in high traffic areas. However, it was definitely busy with a line of people to both order and pick up your drink. Nevertheless, it got the job done and mission accomplished.So, until the next one, Bye- Bye!

Awful service lately but I work in the mall so this is the closets Starbucks. What happened to Cammy wasnt she the manager? Service use to be quick and the employees were friendly. Now its a hot mess. Waited over 30 minutes for a lousy ice coffee. And on top of that they forgot the cream. And when I asked this older lady rudely said that Ice Coffee doesn’t automatically come with cream. I know that! But I clearly asked for it because it said so on the sticker!!

Seeing how long the line gets makes me understand why there’s like 3 at big malls.. and am like , Starbucks who? The go to the tea place in front instead ???.

The staff is very nice and is very quick pumping drinks out. Not even 5 minutes after I did a mobile order, it was ready. The reason why I rated a 2 is because of the inconsistencies of the baked good items.Sometimes, I order an Everything bagel, warmed with Cream Cheese. I often get the everything bagel, but the last few times I came there to get my drink and Bagel, I get my drink no problem and it's always good but when I asked about my bagel, sometimes, they asked my name and make it for me. One time, I was in a rush to go home from work, and my ride was about to be there in 5 minutes. By that time, I waited for 10 minutes after I asked about my bagel. They never gave it to me, so I left.This time, they ran out of Cream Cheese, so they gave me butter instead. It's not the same as having cream cheese. I'll always be back for my drink, but for the baked goods, not any more.

I get a message that my order is ready, I go and wait for 16 minutes. I'm also a business owner and I'm closing my shop and coming to get my coffee and I missed at least 4 customers from waiting.

Store closes at 8:30pm but the lady serving coffee said they don't take orders at 8:08pm because they close at 8:08? With customers inside? Poor service...well no srvice at all.
My medium mocha latte was seriously short on actual coffee. They said they would remake but I think they just squirted more whipped cream on it as the remake wasn’t that hot. Sad!

10 a.m. on December 23rd and mall is almost empty...remember the Christmas schedule ...no more. But by 11 there was a comfortable hustle and bustle. Most people in masks, signs all over stating masks recommended!!
