I ordered to cookies and she took my order then kept talking to the other customer for 10 minutes before i decided to leave. There were only 1 other customer in the store. Very unprofessional I will not be coming back

I placed an order through the app and got the absolute worst sandwiches (4) EVER!!! For starters: I literally had 6 leaves of spinach on one footlong, no lettuce on the other one, banana peppers that weren't supposed to be on one, hardly any meat on one, one was almost naked, and then they were smashed!

I think this location needs to hire another employee to work the evening shift. It appears that having only one young man there isn’t enough to keep supplies stocked and things clean, even when there are no customers to help.

Terrible service. The building is actually nice. Everything inside is clean and well taken care of but when it comes to service, I wish I could leave less than 1 star. Be prepared to wait more than 20 minutes if there is anyone else in line. There is one African lady who works there. she takes around 15 minutes to complete a 6 inch sub with barely anything on it. Sometimes she will be working the store alone. I'm not sure who thought that was a good idea but they need to be fired. There should always be at-least 2 people working 24/7. Well if that one lady is working then yes. She also takes a good couple minutes to run the register and ring you up. She has been working there for sometime and you would think she would improve overtime on speed but that's not the case. She cannot multitask. If one task is being done nothing else will be taken care of. No matter what it is. I ordered subway online once so I could pick it up while on the way to work. Once I arrived at the store later the same African lady was working there were lots of people in line and my sand which was not done. After my hair on my head started turning white and me going to end up being late to work, I decided to leave. After driving down the road I receive a notification saying my sand which was done. I turned around went back and my sand which was not finished and there was still a lot of people in line. I left the store and never went back again.

I do not recommend the tunafish. I think it was not properly refrigerated or something. I got very very sick.

Went to subway to get a quick sandwich, ends up taking 20 mins with only 3 customers in line. Poorly makes my sandwich, puts the cheese all on side , had to correct her. I told her light sauce , she squirts damn near half the bottle on my sandwich. Proceeds to then SNEEZE over my meal. When I spoke up about it , her and another employee thought it was hilarious. So they started laughing like she didn't just put all her nasty germs on my food. WOULD NOT recommend this location.

Was very slow, not like it was busy, but when I asked for turkey instead of ham (which I was willing to pay extra for) the woman behind the counter said they couldn't make any changes to the sandwiches, period. Which is absolutely asinine and the first time I've ever heard that at a subway.

Wish I would of asked the name of the worker at this location today. He was the only one there in the evening and was quick and accurate with the orders. He was also so sweet and welcoming. I've never had this great level of customer service at any other subway! Thank you!

This place is ridiculous. I went on a Saturday afternoon at 5:10 there was one kid working nobody else and nobody was in there. I ordered a #4 and he didn’t have all the meats for that sandwich. So I asked him to put extra of the other meat. He said he couldn’t do that. I asked him like it said on the website buy a foot long and get one half off he said they didn’t have that special. I asked to speak to a manager he said he was by himself. He was asking me what goes on the sandwich that I ordered he didn’t even know what goes on the special orders. So I left after he tried to make a foot long. That’s all it took for me to never go back to this subway.

Hard to mess up a subway sandwich, the bar is already pretty low, but somehow this location manages. Horrible customer service, the kid working just mumbled the whole time, made a nasty sandwich and ensured I’ll never visit this location again

I don't generally write reviews but goodness, I've never experienced something like this before. I walked in around 5:30 and was the only guest in the store. I walked to the counter and told the young man that I would need 5 sandwiches total. He looked at me, sighed, slapped his hands on the counter and said "really?" I stared at him and finally asked him if he was okay with that and he went "yeah, I guess". He had an attitude the entire time making my sandwichs until he realized 3 of the 5 were for kids and they were plain. Then he makes the comment "oh, see I was just irritated because I thought all the sandwiches would have a lot on them like some people do"Ummm sir, why does it matter? You're working to make the sandwiches that are ordered. He was wearing a black subway shirt with a unbutton gray shirt over it with blonde hair.

Ac in this the building was not working.Staff could be seen sweating while not wearing hair nets.They also could move a bit faster other subway. With one person would have us out the door faster
