The staff here is nice. My food was cold when they handed it to me, I wonder, how is that even possible for a fast food place, I ordered it two minutes ago? Not only was it cold, but there was barely anything in the burrito, Probably half the amount I get at other locations. I would recommend to go to another location.

Ordered online and my hubby picked up. The order was ready when he arrived. They were out of cup holders and we had 4 drinks but a staff member helped carry it all out to the car. Glad we had enough cup holders.

These people were so fast when giving me my food. Food was fresh. And the people serving me were so kind I was just amazed. I'm reading all these reviews And half of them are lies the staff there were the kindest people I've ever had and nobody forced me to use the keoffs I asked them and I said I don't want to use the kaios and they said OK how can I help you up front

They were having a meeting up on arrival so was asked to use kiosk to order. Not to bad but the tea could only be ordered unsweetened. Asked for sweet and got it was still given the unsweet because it was served. Ordered Mexican pizza and they set it in the bag on it's side so everything fell off of it. Gave me the impression of ordering thru the drive thru would have been better.

everything was wrong with my last order and I had to call a different location to get help. Still haven't received a refund. Taco Bell is never impressive but save yourself some disappointment and go to the one off Hobbs instead.

I went to place an order and the pretentious young lady told me to use the kiosk, and just walked away. The owners seriously need to teach these people customer service as I did not have a credit card and only cash.I never use these kiosk machines because 1 I got scammed one time 2 it sometimes gives the wrong order and I was standing there, listening to her argue with a customer who use the kiosk, and guess what the computer gave the wrong order.I promise you I will not be back here

Probably won't be back to this Taco bell, placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru on my way home, got there to pick it up and they informed me no Baja blast or any mountain dew products which was fine. I'm not sure if the speaker just needs replaced or if the employee is new to headset but he struggled with the change.When I got to the window the woman working there was very abrupt and was definitely not customer service oriented. It was very obvious neither employee wanted to be there.I did leave without checking the bag which is on me and got home to discover the food in the bag wasn't wrapped right and the items in the bag were incorrect and we were missing our cinnamon twists too. Definitely a lesson learned , I'll go to the further taco bell next time.

I went in today and one of the lady’s had told me to go to the tablet to order so i put in my order and I say pay with cash put my name and sit down to wait for my name to be called I waited at least 30minutes before walking to the counter and asked about my food and the same lady had told me are you paying with cash I told her yes then she told me oh now you need to order at the register I had asked why she hadn’t asked me in the first place then she denied me survive.
