It was my son's 15th birthday. He wanted a good cheese cake so we gave it a try. We have absolutely nothing good to say about our first visit. 45 minutes nothing to drink no appetizers ever showed up. They brought out bread and butter but no silverware in sight. My son's cheese cake came before any food still no silverware. We asked for refills and where my wife's coffee was after 45 minutes of waiting. Food came out delivered by someone other than our waiter. Still no silverware or appetizers or refills or coffee. My chicken Parmesan sandwich was lacking any chicken just cheese and sauce. My wife asked for manager at this point. She asked what was going on and we told her everything. She looked at the sandwich and said that's totally understandable. They remade the sandwich. Finally got refills and coffee we are at an hour and a half at this point. The bread was so over toasted it was a giant crouton and couldn't cut it. I told the server I've had enough to bring me a check. We stopped on our way home and ate some food elsewhere. Just so sad they couldn't get 1 thing right.

We had an issue with one of the platters. The server was apologetic, but management didn't came by to apologize and they still charged us for the dish. Based on the degree of the "issue" most respectable places would remove the item from the bill and a manager would stop by to ensure they recognized there was a problem. BTW, there is no special treatment for birthday celebrants except writing on the dish. Also, it wasn't busy so no excuse for management to avoid visiting the table.

Whitney was good at first and then wasn’t. I’m not sure if she was upset that she had to wait on folks or what. No one asked anything crazy of her. Took her time to bring drinks, bread. Couldn’t be bothered to stop at the table towards the end. It’s a shame. I could do her job and have done her job with much more grace. Dig deep and find better happier people.

The service is usually good at this location. If there is an issue, it'll be with the hostess. The food has always been well prepared to our liking and I haven't had anything I don't like there from the GF menu. Cheesecake factory offerings for people with celiac disorder are top notch. I haven't found a place with more to choose from. This location gets very busy during peak hours so plan ahead.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free selections abound. Let them know what you want and they can often change it up to be GF. The chefs are very conscientious to our needs.

We happen to be in the area for a gymnastics meet so we decided to stop in for dinner. The waiter was great ! I ordered Spicy cashew chicken with white rice. The white rice was crunchy hard dry and the chicken is suppose to have a spicy sauce but it was dry. I would have complaint but my granddaughter was not feeling well so we just left. We spent over 100.00 for our dinner not to be the way all the other CheeseCake Factory serve their food. Very very disappointed in this location. Managers need to be on top of their kitchen. I will never be back to this CheeseCake Factory maybe it’s the Managers fault for not checking out how things are going. We spent way too much money for my and my husband dinner for it not to be good food.
